School Organizational HealthCulture is one of major aspect of life which determines the behavior of a person. In an institution set, these are the moral values that determine how the staff and students should handle themselves in the institution; these norms make the organization run smoothly with no commotions at all. They are agreed upon and implemented, as a school initiatives supporter; a teacher leader should see to it that that a culture is developed and followed. For example many institutions come up with a set of values that its staff and students embrace which determines how everyone should behave (Freiberg, 1999).

Curriculum as Freiberg says are academic standards that are adhered to by the teachers, this ensures that they meet their target at the end of the term. The Leader teacher must concentrate on this area in order to see that their institutions move to greater heights in the education graph, hence increasing the number of students joining in the institution. For example a good institution will always have more students enrolling every year (Freiberg, 1999).Task is what we engage in our day to day activities to win our daily bread, the Leader teacher influences this difficult duty by ensuring that everything that is needed for the job is in position at the right moment, teachers are motivated to carry out their duty well and in time.

For example, a head teacher who ensures that learning materials are in place at the right time and teachers are in class in time, his/her institution has a greater chance to improve amicably (Freiberg, 1999).Freiberg has put across that good relationship at work maters a lot in every organization set up, this is how people relate in an organization which is a key factor for the organization to succeed. Good relationship at work creates an excellent working environment. As a leader one should enhance good relationship at work in order to achieve the set objectives.

For example, an institution with bad teacher to student relationship always fails at the end (Freiberg, 1999).Every person has a gift that should be proud of. These are gifts that need to be natured otherwise one may never realize them at all. A teacher has a mandate to encourage the students to diversify their talents by buying the equipments needed by the institution and involve themselves in co-curriculum activities such as footballs, netballs etc. For example, students cannot appreciate the facility if their talents are no enhanced at all (Freiberg, 1999).

Question 2As a teacher leader, what areas are important to nurture to create a school that unites efficacy, diversity, and trust with academic success? Vision is what drives every institution to make it a more efficient as it grows. This guides and gives a sense of belonging to the staff. Each staff fills included in the vision and hence works adequately to see to it that the institution achieves its objectives. In ordere for the institution to develop, the vision should be set clearly for the members of staff to follow (Lieberman & Miller, 2011).

Economic change is another factor that should be enhanced in an institution; the leader teacher must also consider the demands that are in the labor market. This is to help the institution to always bridge the gap between the human resource they produce and the employment level in the job market (Lieberman & Miller, 2011).Population is another rising challenge in an organization. As a leader teacher one must be well equipped with the rise in population. It is important to increase the facilities in the institution to offer its services to the increasing number of students in the facility.

This should be dealt with much care since population increases every now and then (Lieberman & Miller, 2011).The leader teacher should operate in an open manner, this is through transparency in setting of standard examinations, setting achievable goals and being frank on the results of the students. These virtues will promote accountability and will in turn help on improving efficiency in the institution and moreover win trust of the diverse community (Lieberman & Miller, 2011).Leader teacher should continuously adjust the institution learning techniques according to the new method that is introduced in the learning sector.

This will ensure that the students are well equipped and can fit anywhere in the job market. In every term, there should be set goals that everyone will work towards reaching them. This will enhance motivation since the staff and the students will go an extra mile to clock the set goal, hence achieving the target (Lieberman & Miller, 2011).ReferencesFreiberg, H. J. (1999). School Climate: Measuring, Improving, and Sustaining Healthy Learning Environments (illustratedth ed.). New York: Routledge.
