The workplace today and especially those that have to do with medical care have the economic challenges that cause financial coinstraints. The health care plan in the world today has expanded greatly with the number of men and women that enables the meeting of goals and objectives in different companies. Most employers in the health sector pay the employees hourly or salaries that sustain them. Due to the increased number of the workers in the world today, there is the need and the necessity for them to have an insurance cover for all the risks that can occur during working hours. Due to this fact, companies should work on having a health insurance cover that will cater for the patients and all the people in the world. The health insurance plan can be very important to benefit all the people who need proper medical care. Being healthy is a very important and basic requirement for every human being in the world today. In addition to that, all companies should look for a way in which all the employees should be provided with health benefits. Work benefits go hand in hand with the health insurance companies which will in turn cope with the various and all the needs of the company. The most important thing that the company’s stock holders should always keep in mind is to always meet with the company that provides them with the health insurance so that they can both reach an agreement on a plan that is very maneagable. This plan should earn profit and benefit both parties. With the great and keen use of economics, healthcare can be really of benefit to all the individuals that would want to use the health insurance scheme. Measures of improved work include the income management which enables one to interpret the balance sheets view keenly the cash flow in the company. Management can also be improved by checking the productivity of the employees. The simulation here gives the stakeholders the ability and power to fire some employees after listening to their short comings. Competition can also be a measure for the improved working in a company where by all the companies should make sure that they beat their competitors to survive economically. This is an issue that all the companies face. Gilbert and Troitzsch (2005) say that to focus on how to efficiently use and assist the economic and social issues that affect many companies and the health care system in the world today, some measures have to be put up to attain it. The computer simulations system should assist the understanding of social and economic issues. Because of the need to know and understand the problems that affect the health sector, many companies and individuals have now embraced and most of them use the social simulation program. The authors go ahead to tell that due to the increased use of the hardware and soft ware programmes, many people understand better the approaches to social simulation. The people have chosen the multi agent form as the best approach of simulation. This is to focus on the idea of complexity in companies and especially the medical care institutions preferably hospital whether they are private or public hospitals. ...Download file to see next pagesRead More

.... With reduced number of nurses, it is clear that such a requirement is not easily met and, therefore, the quality of service is compromised. A similar point of view is evident on the ethical implication of nurses’ shortage in Hallways Hospital. In its perspective, the ethical implication faced by Hallways Hospital because of reduced nurses is that there is reduced performance of the few workers as a result of exhaustion from the overwhelming work that the individuals engage (AACN, 2009). I remember seeking for assistance from my career advisor who after analysing various factors including my strengths, weaknesses, personality, interests and passion among others advised me to pursue this line. I joined campus with a prepared mind having had a good orientation and sufficient grounding on what was to come my way. Given that many of my childhood friends enrolled in, apparently, less ‘attractive’ courses, I stood out whenever I mentioned that I was admitted in the health science...
