Are weight loss programs effective? One strongly believes that for weight loss programs to be effective, individuals must slowly taper by eating more than what the body could use. In this regard, the current essay aims to proffer pertinent issues and trends relative to losing weight in contemporary times to identify which programs have been proven to effectively lose weight. The essay would initially present relevant statistics on people who are identified to be requiring healthy weight loss programs, before delving into the types and kinds of programs generally promoted to lose weight.

Finally, recommendations for the most effective method would be identified, as required.
