How the Hubble Space Telescope changed the Cosmos The article is about Hubble’s discovery of space telescope which changed the cosmos. Journalist David Woodbury wrote the story of how the Hubble telescope discovery changed the world in the 25th edition of the astronomy magazine. The writing was on March fourth, 2015. He wrote about latest astronomical development which was the building of a 200 inch telescope. He wrote that the breakthrough could have been written half a century ago during which another grand project was about to be launched.

The article is about a historical topic which took place 25 years ago, since at the time he was writing the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the launch of the Hubble’s telescope was taking place. This discovery was greatest produced scientific instrument for astrophysics. The article explains the challenges, troubles and triumphs that Hubble underwent through to achieve the success of discovering the powerful telescope. (Eicher 13) This subject is still an ongoing area of research since the universe exploration is still on.

Moreover, it explains several issues such as how to build a space telescope and a triumph rebirth of Hubble which NASA organized to maintain the space telescope. Through reading the article, I have learned that Hubble telescope brought a big change in the field of astrophysics. His innovation led to other discoveries. Nonetheless, I have also learnt that the story of Hubble is not only just a challenge and triumph but also that one which explain what we know about the cosmos and why we are on the small planet which is inside one of the 100 billion galaxies found in the cosmos.
