The Position of Investment Analyst DT Capital Advisory - Personal Statement Example

I hold a graduate degree from The Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. I specialized in the field of commerce, Double specialist: Finance and Economics, Management. I also have CFA qualifications as a level two candidate. These qualifications will help me serve as an analyst responsible for both quantitative and qualitative analyses of the industry and data research. I have had experience working with various companies like China Minsheng Banking Corporation. I worked with this company as a credit Assistant. Throughout this experience, I directed customers in introducing them to products to prepare documents and professional inquiries. My other responsibilities, including providing investigative credit reports of 6 projects to the Executive Committee of Risk Management before the stated deadline. Another responsibility included evaluating records of customers and recommending the limits of credit and payment plans.
 The second experience I had was working with the Guangdong Zhongnuo Wealth Capital Management Corporation as the Management Associate. I was selected as the team leader to manage an intensive advertising campaign. Within this period of working with this company, I was chosen to attend the Management Executive Committee meeting that took place monthly, my work was to record important events as the second I worked as an acting ambassador at the University of Toronto during the Summer Abroad  Program. At this period, my work was bookkeeping and budget control. In addition, I served as the primary advisor, promoting financial products and services to new customers. I managed to work closely with HSBC (head office in South china) in creating intensive business translation from the office of Hong Kong. I worked with YAYI Woolen Garments Co. Ltd as a marketing and Finance Assistance.
 I engaged in some other various activities like working as a representative in the Hart House Investment Club, University of Toronto, Project Manager- Go vision, Account Manager in the Sponsorship Department – UTChinese magazine. I gained skills in excel during my undergraduate studies. The professional studies include excel study and Application:  statistics, Econometrics, trading, risk management, Advanced Corporate Finance. These fields equipped me with the computer skills necessary for the success of every company. Managing all these fields gave me the potentiality to work under pressure, especially when deadlines are the issues on the ground. Passing my CFA exams right after taking my other two final projects created a potentiality in me to work flexibly under any condition.
