Is global warming due to human actions? Can the human race take action to stop global warming? Task   Is global warming due to human actions? Can the human race take action to stop global?
I. Introduction
The concept of global warming (abnormal increases in the atmospheric temperatures) affects numerous activities of in the globe. This paper explores in detail the factors, which could validate the claim that certainly global warming is due to human actions. In addition, the paper offers suggestions on how the human race can stop global warming.
Thesis Statement: Regardless of the numerous causes that are said to cause global warming, it is clear that global warming is largely caused by human beings who can take corrective measures.
Human Actions
i.
Global warming is caused by the activities of individuals who engage in such actions extensive burning of charcoal, deforestation and specific agricultural practices, which alter the composition of the atmosphere. Consequently, the burning of charcoal leads to massive release of green house gases. These green house gases include carbon dioxide and ozone, which are in alarming concentration in the air (Weart, 2008).
ii.
Another category of activities by human beings, which have significant contributions to global warming, is the clearance of fertile land for agricultural practices. Evidently, such uses of the land increase the levels of carbon dioxide emissions. For example, there is evidence that the decay of vegetation or its combustion for whatever reason emits carbon dioxide. Such emissions of carbon dioxide lead to the abnormal increase in temperatures all over the globe (Maslin, 2006).
Actions to stop global warming
It is notable to note that there are numerous possibilities for the human race to stop global warming. For instance, they can ensure that they find different methods of producing power. The substitute methods of power creation must not produce carbon dioxide. Additionally, individuals need to ensure that they engage in minimal agricultural actions to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide. Consequently, they should also establish alternative methods of feeding to reduce the prevalent overdependence on agriculture (Houghton, 2006).
Conclusion
Everyone needs to prevent global warming in all ways that he/she can. This is because no deliberate efforts evident in stopping the disaster temperatures would continue to rise and in turn affect the entire livelihood of individuals.

Global warming

...in industries and transportation (Kowalski 2004 pg 12). Similarly, deforestation, which occurs mainly as a result of urbanization, also causes voluminous release of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Thus, it becomes apparent that human actions, to a great extent, contribute to major changes in the climate of earth. Global warming, in simple terms, can be defined as the “continuing increase in Earth’s overall temperature” (Farrar 2008 pg 7). Such increase in temperature, over a period of years, can be disastrous to the living beings on earth and, as such, humans should take all steps to reduce emission...

...without planting more trees. Trees are valuable in the conversion of carbon dioxide to oxygen. The trend is worsening the global warming experienced in the earth. Global warming cause for serious concern The Union of Concerned Scientists (2010) concluded that these effects can cause serious destructions. The effects include reduced snow accumulation due to melting glaciers, severe droughts causing more deaths and water shortage, rising sea levels leading to coastal flooding. A warmer temperature in the sea causes stronger hurricanes, which cause serious damage of property in Southeastern Atlantic and Gulf coasts. The wild fires...

So more evidence support the fact that the Global Warming is being caused by human activities rather than the natural phenomena and changing concentration of radiations coming from the sun due to variations in the thermo-fusion reaction taking place on sun, because these variations were present from the very beginning of the Earth however the changes in the global temperature have reached new levels during recent times. Global warming & human activities

...Global Warming and Human Activities Introduction Humans have understood for over a hundred years the possibility of atmospheric warming due to anthropogenic carbon dioxide emissions. As early as 1896, Swedish chemist Svante Arrhenius predicted that a doubling of atmospheric carbon dioxide would raise average global temperatures by 4.95 degrees C (9.0 degrees Fahrenheit) (Valente, 1995). The greenhouse effect, a natural phenomenon that has allowed the development of life on earth, is thought by many scientists to have been radically altered by humankind’s impact on the composition of the atmosphere. The problem lies in...

...? Is Global Warming Due To Human Actions? Can The Human Race Take Action To Stop Global Warming? Introduction US Senator John McCain once asked, “Howmuch damage will have been done before we act?” (Northwestern University, 2008). Every individual of the earth is supposed to answer this question to make it sure that certain actions are initiated against global warming. Global warming was not a part of the earth and its system; it is a...

...the earth’s temperature (Harding, n.d). However, there is an increased consensus on the role played by human beings in increasing the problem of global warming. Scientific researchers have concluded increasingly that global warming is fundamentally linked to the rising level of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, mainly methane, and carbon dioxide, as a result of fossil fuel combustion, farming, deforestation, and industrial activities by human beings. This paper critically analyzes whether global warming is due to human actions or not and if there is a...

Global warming by human caused

... Global Warming by Human Caused Introduction Global warming is one of the most popular debatable topics in the environmental studies. The constant rise in the average temperature of the earth surface and oceans is termed as global warming. Rapid global climate change is the major consequence of this global warming. Increasing concentration of several greenhouse gases due to several unethical human activities, such as high consumption of fossil fuel and deforestation is causing unequivocal warming of global climate system. In addition to this, several non-human activities, such as variation in the orbit of earth around the sun, rapid changes in atmospheric composition, volcanic eruptions and solar luminosity are also responsible... for the...
