Client’s 3 February Many people suffer from speech anxiety. It is perfectly curable should one work on it a little. It is also advised that people who suffer from speech anxiety stand in front of a mirror and speak so as to ensure that they do not become too anxious when they speak to another person. This method has been very helpful in overcoming speech anxiety. Speech anxiety could also lead to stuttering, stuttering is a serious issue but it is perfectly curable and it is not a disease. It is just a way an individual speaks and can be altered.

Stuttering could occur when an individual suffers from mental trauma during childhood, this could also be because an individual fails to handle stress in a proper manner. Practice makes perfect is an old saying but it holds good even today. People who suffer from speech anxiety could easily overcome this problem should they practice. Those who are reluctant to speak to others will only make things worse for themselves. Avoiding others could make this problem severe. The easiest way of overcoming this problem is by being gregarious and not paying too much attention to how words are spoken.

Being careless could help some people in overcoming this issue. Finally, it is fair to say that speech anxiety can be cured and there is nothing to worry about as far as this problem is concerned. Practice makes perfect and by practicing speech anxiety can be cured by an individual.
