Secondly, the person is not asking for money which is the primary difference between a person who is homeless and who is a beggar. A beggar would only ask for money without taking into consideration that recession is being experienced and people cannot pay. The person in the above picture is asking for food and not asking for money. Thirdly, a beggar is lazy and he would never work in return of money and a beggar assumes that his occupation is begging.
