On the other hand, Kumar added that the hospital where the patient is admitted may have few facilities to address condition and or no professional doctors for that condition due to the hospital being located in rural area within the developing country, such as the Philippines (Kumar). Under such conditions, children’s normal health progress is affected considerably. This leads to continued struggle by the child trying to adapt to childhood years and growth (Womankind Worldwide). Shabnam (41) claims that such encounters turns some young children to realize that other person’s suffer more than expected.
