In conducting, this investigation, our organization assesses the general suitability of the site for the proposed construction works; offers relevant information for use in determining the suitable construction techniques; predicts and resolves potential; and predict any adverse effect of the proposed construction on surrounding structures. Birmingham is one of the areas within the Ladywood Ward. Cambridge Street and Brindley Drive are streets within Birmingham settlement. The City Centre Gardens is the area located between Cambridge Street and Brindley Drive.

The area has been underdeveloped and the Birmingham Council’s proposal to develop it is in order. Within close proximity to the North, the area neighbors’ residential areas like Cambridge Towers along the Brindley drive. Each of the neighboring flats has ample parking spaces and resting places for the residents. Near the City Centre Gardens, there are four high-rise flats for residential purposes. These flats and the proposed residential will serve the larger area of Birmingham including the surrounding REP and the Library of Birmingham areas in addition to the other residential areas adjacent to Birmingham and Fazeley canal.

To the North of the proposed site is Crescent Wharf, which joins Cambridge Street. In addition, the north East area has Birmingham Municipal Council Public health while the West is Municipal Offices Public Lighting department and Municipal Offices Public Works Department. To the South, the area neighbors the Library of Birmingham, Technology Law Alliance, Symphony Hall and Centenary Square. Baskerville House offers office accommodation on seven floors and is located to the South of the site.

Alongside Symphony Hall are The International Convention Center or ICC and King Alfred’s Place. The nearest schools to this area are University College Birmingham, Nelson Junior and
