Fairy stories have various advantages and disadvantages to the young children although advantages tend to be more.The texts discussed in this case are the Alice Adventures in the wonderland and La Gatta Cenerentola which also explore various thematic relationships. Most children will not make to sleep without a story being read specifically to them. This comes out as a bad influence to the little ones, Cinderella being a pure example. It shows disobedience and disrespect for those older than them. Secondly a child may develop a bad character because of reading them from fairy tales. Also, it stipulates that any girl in life requires charming for it to be a perfect life. Finally, most children are distracted by graphics from how true fairy tales are as the factual meaning is covered with a mere shadow. There are several thematic relationships between the two stories used which are Alice adventures in the Wonderland and La Gatta Cenerentola The inevitable and tragic childhood and innocence loss. In Alice's story, she undergoes various physical changes. She feels uncomfortable that she is not in the right size and this accounts for numerous changes in her puberty. Alice has a different mindset about the changes that occur to her and she considers them as frustration, discomfort and she is often remorseful as she undergoes through them. In the first chapter, she is a bit upset especially when she finds herself either too big or small for garden entry. In the fifth chapter, Alice loses control over certain body parts especially with the absurd length of her neck. On the other head, Heroin faces the same challenges. Her father prefers the stepsisters to heroin and at one time he forgets to bring her present and he does not forget the other presents. Heroin in la Gatta encounters puzzles that she is not able to analyze. After her mother dies, she can convince her father to marry the stepmother who surprisingly does not fulfill her wishes. Similarly, Alice encounters the same puzzles which have no definite solutions. She anticipates that the situations she faces will at one point. Make a good sense but they continually frustrate her and she is not able to comprehend her ability in the wonderland. This theme is similar to Heroin's life, in the story La Gatta Cenerentola her mother dies, and she is left helpless. She tries to make life promising by winning her father to marry Carmosida. Nevertheless her future is not promising as things don't go as expected. The step sisters are envious of her especially when she finds favor from the king Change is also evident in both stories. Heroin's life is full of numerous changes that occur in a subsequent order. Life to her becomes more unpredictable since her desires are not met. Expectations are not met at any given time. The favors she expected to get such as motherly care from the stepmother, Carmosida do not happen at all. Also, the step sisters are envious about her beauty, and they don't appreciate. Her father changes from a man who would do anything for Heroin and her mind is carried away by the new siblings in the house since he happened to forget the Heroin's message to the fairy dove. Heroin is not given the honor she is supposed to getting. Similarly, there are pronounced changes in Alice's life which happen steadily. At her puberty stage, Alice struggles with changes that have occurred into her body. She feels at some point she is too small and other points too big and she fails to comprehend all these happenings (Kingsley 386) Conclusion It is evident that children ought to read fairy tales as there of great benefits to them.
