Technology causes improvement of education over time while catching up positive developments in educational trend and the use of technology. In contrast, technology remains a debatable topic among various societies in the world. Everyone develops views on modern education with added huge numbers of arguments focusing on positive and negative thoughts concerning education. Technology introduces aspects of mobile learning as an important aspect of the technological, educational tool. Access to technology opportunities and devices assists in learning factors of time and place that make mobile learning as an important tool for lifelong knowledge. Education by using technology allow for the use of electronic devices, desktop and smartphones that assist in developing education both for teachers and for students. Technological education provides access to a large broad of selected research in technology and structures organized by technology (Heafner et al., 2015). Students and technology organize relevant resources that perceive various developments and research for the various completion topics learned using technology in education. Wide educational spectrum increases attention by policy makers in making technological education relevant in various aspects. Traditional roles open opportunity for education and learners for quality teaching by allowing the use of technology to assist in developing education standards. Professors in universities and colleges promote the use of technology into various train individuals such as public accountants, armed forces, physicians, and nurses because technology gives them as an easy time to comprehend various aspects of education. Students have various excitements concerning internet technology as subsided to considerable extents. Technology in Education as Curriculum The role of education based on education promotes curriculum development as an instructional delivery system for students. The use of technology promotes education standards, as various curriculums are easily accessible using technology. Additionally, technology in education as a curriculum aids in promoting instructions as part of a tool that enhances the learning process. Technology development in education as part of curriculum promotes education from passive to reactive aggressiveness and interactive among teachers and students allowing for the promotion of learning. Moreover, education in technology allows for the corporation in academic settings. Various academic settings develop through developments in education and promotion of technology since different curriculum incorporate easily using relevant practices in education. Education and training assists workers to do different things by incorporating technology in education. Education gears towards the creation of curiosity in the minds of students when technology incorporates as part of the curriculum in education. The use of technology assists students in understanding and retaining critical concepts better during learning. Besides, technology promotes education since a lot of research entails through technological learning with the incorporation of various ideas. Students access relevant materials for research and acquisition of information that assist them in promoting education standards. Promotion of Open Innovation Using Technology in Education Open innovation involves the use of considered inflows and outflows of knowledge. Accelerating internal instigation and escalation in education entails the outdoor use of innovation respectively using technology. Additionally, Open Innovation considers the developments made in inflows and outflows of knowledge and, using the ideas in internal origination and increasing education standards for the development of external innovation among various students. Moreover, open innovation has become a vital arrival in pursuing latest innovations in high-tech organizations using students who have good knowledge concerning various systems in education (Heafner et al., 2015). Additionally, open innovation promotes the development of ideas and knowledge that originate from outside or within academic institutions using technology. Different academic institutions promote the development of open innovations through team building activities and field trips outside the organizations by using technology that connects students during learning. These activities expose various activities in technology and developments of organizations to different experiences, which encourage students to come up with various innovations. Consequently, such activities promote inflow, outflow of knowledge in academic institutions and hence develop open innovations to great levels using technology. The knowledge borrowed from open innovation in the use of internal developments and expansion of knowledge among students and organizations, within and outside academic institutions promote development in various economies across the world. The ideas developed in open innovation commercialize through external and internal channels of technology. Developments in technology encourage advancements of open innovation from outside and inside academic institutions and expansion of knowledge within and outside the peripheries of organizations and institutions. These ideas encourage developments of firms and companies since the inflow and outflow of knowledge incorporate for internal consumption and external developments of various institutions that encourage the use of technology. Therefore, the use of technology promotes developments in the knowledge that promote innovation in various aspects based on education. Moreover, innovations developed through education and the use of technology allow for the developments of various firms and organizations by promoting various activities accelerated by the advancement of technology. Technology and Development of Online Education Online education is one of the strategies currently adopted by elementary and college schools, or institutions of higher learning in U.S. and the world because of development in technology. Consequently, adoption of this approach in universities attributes to the society’s technological advancement, which has influenced students’ use of Internet. Students access and efficiently complete their courses without attending their actual classroom sessions. Thus, this essay is set to elaborate on the impact of online education as emphasized or urg5ed out by academic analysts and education research centers in the United States (Bach et.al, 4). According to educational experts of MOOC (Massive open online courses), one of the latest higher education technology or programs attracted some students worldwide. A fact currently influencing education changes aims at achieving the millennial goals of a digital higher schooling around the world. However, some Southern and Northern university students in Asian and African continent use MOOC study strategies. This strategy acknowledged the model as the latest platform for the current time that provides free college and higher learning of college students in the world (Bourne et.al, 121). However, MOOC effectiveness towards providing excellent or quality education stands out as the prevalent demerit factor to students’ successful completion of courses offered. According to Fiona Holland, is an educational or academic analyst in the United States. Holland emphasizes the fact that; MOOC teaching and learning model for teachers and students respectively, both have positive and negative impacts on the students’ performance (Anderson et.al, 2). She argues out that one of the positive effects of MOOC models is that it provides an academic platform where instructors indulge their students’ into an effective or frequent assessment. It also enhances students’ progress, in solving course problems. It also improves their performance in a blended classroom that are majorly in the United States. Holland’s theory of blended classrooms referred to actual classroom sessions with online components (Bourne et.al, 121). Thus, according to this online article, MOOC model proves to be an effective educational strategy that enhances students’ classroom problem-solving skills and performance. This also aid school instructors with the adequate supplementary teaching materials, which they use in effectively teaching their on-campus courses (Anderson et.al, 2). Technology and Improvement of Communication Importance Communication takes place when two or more people engage in a talk or dialog; it argues out using technology. The use of technology does not cost anyone any amount to converse with one another. However, one has to watch out the manner of communication because when one is talks or must make sure that whatever they are saying is effective or pleasant to the ears of the other party. Effective communication is essential in everyday life as expressed using technology. First, for communication to be effective the party, on the other hand, should be able to understand what one is saying or trying to put across, and vice versa. Effective communication helps one to say nothing but the truth because technology assists in controlling an individual’s reaction (Kurubacak, Gulsun, &Yuzer, 2011). Thus, with this practice, one does not have to keep thinking of what he or she said as the truth stores in the memory of the technology used as a form of communication. Effective communication helps us in asking open-ended questions, which the communicating person has to keep for the conversation to keep moving. The use of technology allows effective communication because an open-ended question allows one to explain them and tell the other party more than they are required to know. These questions allow them to do so and help the communication understandable and effective. Through significant communication, parties within the conversation always open to one another. Whenever there is a problem, and the parties want to solve it, they will be able to use reasonable means of communication. With this, they solve the problem as they will be able to keep focus on the situation of what you are experiencing and this will result in people being open and seeing things from each other’s perspective and to offer up their explanations for the problem as well. When people can see things from other peoples vantage point, they can effectively reduce the risk of potential arguments and misunderstanding. In few words is that with effective communication there are low percentage or chances of people arguing as people will be able to explain themselves and willing to listen to one another. Effective communication supports our daily life as it entails listening. When there is a discussion going on and the message or the communication passes effectively, the listeners will listen to the speaker keenly leaving no important message to pass them (Heafner et al., 2015). When this happens after the speech, the listeners can go back and reflect on what said or at the words of the speaker. The importance of reflecting or mirroring of some part of the conversation is that people can make some decisions, which are essential or critical to their lives. Development of communication mostly helps couples who were in an argument; they referred to a counselor, and they were able to listen effectively to the counselor. They will be able to go and sit down, reflect, and make decisions that would help them live as a couple. Finally, through effective communication using technology one can feel free and give apologies where required. Hence, it likewise helps one not to be shy in express themselves or feelings to others. It helps those with pride keep their pride aside and give apologies where required, and this can be so when they have wronged the other party, and there is a need for apologies to be passed. Thus, effective communication helps in everyday life to bring a peaceful environment as it leaves both parties with one resolution at the end of the conversation. Education System Development Online education prioritized as a hybrid system of assessing pupils that have enrolled for online degree courses, this takes place online through continuous assessment tests submitted to the schools online academic account. However, the teachers or instructors’ responsibility in online education model is to ensure that he or she gives instructional activities to pupils. According to the course objectives, requirements, content, and source of information or data needed for study or research programs (Anderson et.al, 3). Finally, online or hybrid course may take p different structures or approaches to teaching, learning, and conduction of exams or continuous assessment tests to the scholars. These different structures of teaching and learning through mixed education may include one of the following techniques while considering the key determinant factors that influence scholars’. The use of technology in education activities on an online education platform and face-to-face education session in school (Kurubacak, Gulsun, &Yuzer, 2011). The major methods used in collecting or gathering information on the effectiveness of online education within the current education system involves intensive use of journals, magazines, and online sources produced using technology. Technology specifically addresses the impact of online education to America’s academic profile or structure, and the future status of teaching and education in institutions of higher learning (Kurubacak, Gulsun, &Yuzer, 2011). However, data will not only be bound to research on existing records, but also on actual school visits aimed at using self-administered questionnaires and one-on-one interviews with scholars. Collection of first-hand information and perception of scholars to the use of Internet in their classroom sessions and during their private studies at home. Conclusion As depicted, technology has been imperative in the education sector and initiated several platforms that enhance learning. For instance, it has led to numerous mobile and technology tools that foster education among the learners. Enhancements in technology have encouraged education curriculum through promotion of diverse curriculums that are accessible to the students. Similarly, the education sector has experienced several innovations where technology has played a significant role in ensuring implementation of such innovations. Further, technology has enhanced online learning adopted by various colleges and universities in the US and across the world. Contextually, technology has improved communication in the education process where students can search for meanings of varied and complicated words. Finally, development of the education systems have grown and hybridized to permit online assessment of pupils who enroll through online platforms. Hence, it is important to have a focus on technology in the education sector.
