To make the staff in a nursing home know and understand the plight and of senior adults suffering from memory loss and its corresponding interventions and remedy that the student would make them effective and sensitive in taking care of patients with memory loss.OUTCOME: It is expected that hospital staff can competently deal with senior adults suffering from memory loss after a thorough understanding of their plight and state of mind. II. PsychomotorTo enables the staff in any nursing home to learn about the proper physical handling of patients who are in their advanced age with memory loss that they may avoid inflicting inadvertent vexation to the patient due to improper physical assistance to them.

OUTCOME: After completing the program, the hospital staff is expected to confidently handle patients at their advanced age without inadvertently causing vexation or pain.III. social enables the staff of nursing homes to address the social aspect of care for patients who are in their advanced age who has from memory loss that they may be able to interact with them not just as a health care provider but also as human beings that would possibly help the patient recover their memory and make their stay in the nursing home pleasant.

OUTCOME: it is expected that hospital staff can competently mingle with patients socially in a pleasant manner. IV. Ethical domain sensor adults who suffer from memory loss who are taken care of at nursing homes are removed from their family and nursing staff should therefore endeavor to create an atmosphere that resembles the comfort of the patient’s home.OUTCOME: It is expected that hospital staff can empathize with their patient knowing that their family is not around.OutcomeAfter completing the project, it is expected that the nursing staff will not only be proficient and sensitive in taking care of senior citizens who suffer from memory loss but will also be ethical being mindful that those who are housed in the nursing homes are away from their families.
