Education is important since it creates a sense of goodwill among individuals, and this will ensure that peace prevails in the country if people get educated.The personal reference would be the most effective in giving a speech since people remember most stories told of an individual’s personal life. This is because people can relate to the story from the past to what an individual has achieved in the present. It is also effective because it shows that the person giving the speech understands the topic perfectly through having personal experiences related to the topic.
