The enhancement in technology has seen the need for the internet which is used on a daily basis. The internet is popular among individuals and companies and it used for different purpose. Several companies have been established for the purposes of providing the internet service to the customers. iiNet is an internet service provider in Australia that has a wide coverage and it is relied upon by millions of customers (Fell, 61). The internet service is currently required by any business organization due to its usefulness and hence its high demand. The paper thus analyses the internet service in relation to iiNet which is an internet service provider in Australia.

The information regarding service was gathered through the information from a survey that was carried to determine the customer satisfaction. A survey is an important tool that is used for primary research and it provides important information with regards to how the customers feel about a product.

The purpose of the service is to enable the customers to be connected to the internet. This in turn enables them to browse through the internet and carry out different operations using the internet. The internet is useful to both the individuals and companies.

The features of the competitors are almost the same since the gadgets that are required for the purposes of providing the internet service are the same. However, the difference of the features of iiNet, Eftel internet and Adam internet lies on the superiority of the router which enables the more users to be connected to the internet at once.
Strength
The strength of Eftel internet which is a major competitor is its popularity among the users in the lower market and hence impacting positively on its ability to penetrate the market. On the other hand Adam internet has a good reputation and brand image as compared to iiNet which has been faced with various law suites and hence affecting its reputation in the market.
Limitations
The limitation of Adam internet service is on the number of subscribers. Its number of subscribers is low as compared to iiNet. On the other hand, the limitation of Eftel is on its area of coverage.

The price for the internet service varies depending on the use. Adam internet charges about $ 100 per month for its subscription services while Eftel internet charges about $ 110 for the monthly subscription. iiNet on the other hand charges about $ 95 for the provision of internet services per moth. The rates are however the lowest for business organizations and individual using computers.
Guarantees and warrantees
Both competitors also offer two year warranty for its technological gadgets incase of damage. However, terms and conditions apply as the companies may not offer guarantees in some circumstances which involves the mistake by the users.

The buyer market for iiNet internet service is quite large. This involves individuals, businesses and educational institutions. The government is also a potential buyer of the products of the company. On the other hand, it is also important to note that the services of the internet service are required by a high number of customers countrywide.

The industry is transforming at a high rate due to the increased in demands of the customers. The technological changes are also taking place at a fast rate and hence influencing the industry (Union, International Telecommunication, 12). The need for a fast internet connection is on the rise and this means that the service provider has to upgrade the internet service from time to time in order to meet the needs of the customers. This means that the company needs to transform its services from time to time in order to avoid loosing customers.

The policies and procedures of the company are aimed at ensuring that high levels of ethics are maintained during the process. Fair pricing is also an important policy of the company and this has played an important role in attracting and retaining new customers in market. The provision of high quality services has also impacted positively on the ability of the company to ensure that the customers are satisfied.
