Situation analysis The company intends to develop a strategy to ensure that clients get their best and in this case, pioneer will provide a range of competitive choices that will benefit the small businesses who cannot afford the cost of conducting marketing services. Pioneer targets small businesses because they are able to establish a strong relationship with the customers. Customer needs According to Pioneer Company, small businesses are their main customers since they have specialized in marketing and advertizing their products and they do this through various means of creating awareness. When clients need a marketing consultant, they will contact Pioneer for their preferred services.
