The paper "Factors Affecting Performance Employees' Roles in the Foreign Land" is an amazing example of coursework on business. Currently, most organizations are interested in the performance of the employees as well as attaining high level and quality services from the employees in the search for the success of the organization. Detailed research on the factors affecting performances of the employee in the job has not been carried out thus this being the aim of the report. Several methodologies have the study for the success of the report where data has been collected through a survey for more than 30 employees who are working at (SACM) Saudi Arabia Cultural Mission.

The survey was meant to find the key factors that are affecting the job performance of the employee in the foreign mission. The research has been conducted in SACM, where the case study has been based on. Multiple regression analysis has been used in the analysis of the study, which has been done in the spreadsheet for ease of calculation. An aim of the work is working on a project on identification of factors affecting performance employees' roles in the foreign land.Many people desire to work in foreign countries and environments.

It is due to the availability of better jobs at good pay or due to the lack of jobs in their nation (Durant et al. 2006). The desire could also bring about by people’s wish to gain fame for working outside their country. Besides, different countries have variated currency whose worth is also different (Hamdan, 2005). Therefore, those nations whose currency is of high value have many foreign employees working there. These foreign employees may not weigh the probability of facing challenges in delivering their service the foreign countries.

In Saudi Arabia Cultural Mission, there are several foreign employees working there (Gong, et al. 2009). Their positions range from retail to nursing. Therefore, several types of research have been conducted in the research that has been conducted recently. The researchers are based on the identification of the factors affecting the job performance of employees from other lands who are working there. These factors could be on a professional basis or personal point of view (Al-Ahmadi, 2011).
