Consequently, the managerial roles and operational problems facing the bank has also changed in various ways. However, stiff competition in the market requires a robust and quality human resource. 

Also, it involves domination in quality products and output services to increase market recognition. Among the major concerns of HSBC, Oman bank is to hire quality and efficient employees. Additionally, efficiency in the workforce brings about quality output which increases competitiveness in the market. Currently, employees have different expectations from their workplaces. Indeed, workers are ready to move from one job to another if their expectations are less met. It is a fact that many employees view job skip as an opportunity that brings advancement.

     Surprisingly, many employees do not quit their jobs because of money. Despite money playing an important factor that influences an employees` decision to change working in the bank, it is not majorly a key determinant. In fact, lack of sufficient management in the running of the HSBC Oman bank was an important factor as to why some employees and customers wanted to leave after the merging with the Oman International Bank.

     Certainly, it is expensive for the HSBC Oman bank to lose customers. There are some essential issues that the HSBC Oman bank should consider such as termination. Indeed, the costs spend on creating awareness to gain customers, the vacancy gap left by the customers, and the loss of trust from customer expectations. However, these huge issues should be fixed by the bank’s management. In fact, the bank should increase expectations and confidence to its clients so that they can enhance their savings. Without a doubt, increased savings will improve efficiency in the operation of the bank.
