The company distributes electricity in rural regions such as Dhofar, Musandam. 

It receives subtle support from the government of Oman in its pursuit t provide various services such as connections, meter inspections, and varied customer services.

 Also, the company has signed a valid contract with Oman Nationals Engineering Company to run the operations of reading the meters and issuing the various bills. The company targets to provide quality services to customers by creating an e-platform where clients can easily lodge the complaints at hand. However, the efforts have been enough because the customers have frequently complained because of poor methods of handling the complaints. For instance, in 2014, the business intelligence device indicates customer dissatisfaction hence indicating the essence of enhancing proactive measures that will ensure that customers receive quality services (Baker, 2010, p.78).

The literature review seeks to investigate and analyze the factors that promote customer dissatisfaction and the appropriateness of the recommendations provided. The literature review will give the reader and another possible researcher, the connectedness of practice, and the success of organizations and companies (Gerwel & Bodhanya, 2015, p.12). Soft systems methodology is one of the systems used in ascertaining the extent of the problems in handling customer relations in the case of RAECO. The theoretical strategy has proved effective in handling various problems over the years and therefore, it is a crucial role strategy in alleviating the above-mentioned condition.
