The company targets to provide quality services to customers by creating an e-platform where clients can easily lodge the complaints at hand. However, the efforts have been enough because the customers have frequently complained because of poor methods of handling the complaints. For instance, in 2014, the business intelligence device indicates customer dissatisfaction hence indicating the essence of enhancing proactive measures that will ensure that customers receive quality services (Baker, 2010, p.78).

The literature review seeks to investigate and analyze the factors that promote customer dissatisfaction and the appropriateness of the recommendations provided.
