  • Introduction

success both n the international market and regional market arises from the unique desire of companies to shine in the global market (DTI 1998). The question that arises is how firms are changing their strategic theories and what exactly is modifying and or changing. The driving force is an innovation that is required at the final stage of a business venture cycle. like the World Bank, world economic forum, and other firms like Toyota have persistently looked at frameworks to perfect their operations. Currently, many international firms believe they should constantly look for avenues to improve their products. New theories and explanations have been put forward to integrate models, investments, and community sustainability. Stiff competition exists, but the mode of addressing them differ with companies.

The new theory findings elaborate on what should be adopted and ignored for the business venture to remain fruitful in the international market. New descriptions and theories explain how innovation and competitive spirit should work to supersede world complex business community networks (ACTSE 1997, P.3). International organizations have invested a lot of their finances to address environmental problems, pollution-related impacts, and addressing poverty among communities. The old strategy worked independent of community involvement while the present has accurately involved operations of business ventures by sharing the benefits with the community. The New trade theory explains that a business should seek first to develop network effects in the region where they operate while making a lot of returns from targeted customers (Longman & Mullins 2004 p. 5). For the effective competition, businesses are changing policies, rules, and incorporating different marketing mix to see that their business retains an international image.
