Health and safety policies implementation (QUALITY) Meet all the health safety standards. The above structural plan will have to be effectively implemented. It has an important contribution to make towards the improvement of the restaurant. Its contributions will be felt as it will improve the monitoring process, production and decision making exercises for the restaurant (Gomez-Mejia & David, 2008).

These will not only improve its management, but also help in ensuring that it complies with all the quality standards and satisfy the diverse needs of its clients (Kahneman & Tversky, 2000).
