Sur Lecturer Welai Mail Company: Business Plan Executive Summary             Welai Mail is the postal service of the future. This postal service is run by the people and for the people protecting their privacy of personal items that are being transported to another user. There is no government input in transportation or surveillance of items inside the package. This is the mail of the future that allows people across the nation to share diverse luxuries with one another in a matter of minutes. Welai mail eliminates the problem of distance when it comes to the want of a user. Provided that there is someone willing to send it the user can and will always have what they want or crave for, leaving them nothing less than satisfied.             My company will increase the efficiency in time of sending and receiving a package. Every package arrives just as it is sent, and treated with delicate care in the central site of holding until it is ready to be received. We are giving back the privacy that was taken away by the government when having to send packages through their postal services. Customers will not have to be bothered about the invasion of their package through unnecessary surveillance. The pipelining of package transportation and central holding site is run underground. Pipes are deeper than the roots of trees as well as plants so there will have to be no worry for the loss production of environmental life. Car accidents lead the nation in vehicular accidents that end fatally, so with transportation being underground my business will not place anybody’s life in danger.             As long as there is a house there will always be Welai mail. The pipeline of transportation of packages will be attached to the house and run into the ground. There is a monthly payment of twenty dollars to maintain usage membership of my company’s service. Twenty dollars is the all-time low monthly fee that doesn’t include the installment of the pipeline which is an additional fifty dollars. The trick to this membership is that if a person doesn’t have a house but has a friend who does they can still use their transportation system to send and receive packages provided they have the required security code and password that changes with each package or item sent.             Overall there is no postal service that is as efficient as my company. It gives the customers privacy and immediate enjoyment of whatever their choice eliminating the problem of distance. Welai mail changes the postal service market completely with its efficiency and environmental delicacy that isn’t thought about or expressed in other postal services like UPS and FedEx. We show care for not only the customers or and employees, but also their wants and needs making their life more comfortable, luxurious, and stress-free our number one goal. Business Description This industry comprises establishments which operate National Postal Service and also perform other postal services such as sorting, delivery, and routing. Establishments which operate on a contract basis also fall in this industry. The postal industry is restructuring the business of delivering mail in response to the challenging environment. Postal organizations as well as our own Welai Mail Services are seeking high performance focusing on customers experience and using geographical diversification and product to reduce their reliance on the dilapidated mail market to spread out growth, higher profitability as well as more commercially sustainable business like the digital posts. Postal service industry is facing tough challenges; from decreasing revenues and resources to fresh sources of competition. The industry is extremely labor intensive, since employees are wanted to sort, distribute or deliver mail to homes, businesses, and other organizations. However, if Welai can continue to create partnership opportunities with other businesses, such as Netflix, there will be a chance of we increase our revenues. Social The increasing and quick demographic swing towards an aging population within U.S implies that Welai`s overall work force will shrinking. As work force hit the retirement age, benefits will become more expensive, thus, increasing overall labor costs. Welai is committed to offering continued accessibility for the aging generation. However, we must also device a way of gaining access to X and Y generations as they generally have an indifferent attitude regarding the post office. In spite of the audience, Welai is dedicated to offering the best customer service achievable. Technological The ability to communicate several miles away, using modern technology, causes a serious threat to Welai.
