People from many European countries do not follow English and hence to attract and remain competitive, EasyJet has offered services through their website in all the European languages. This lends a personal touch to the services offered and the customers can, from the comfort of their home or workplace make all their bookings. They have partnered with other service providers like hotels, transport, travel insurance, and holiday packages providers. They not only offer holiday packages but even the equipment so that the tourist may need like ski shoes. They have created online business partnerships and in doing so they are able to draw customers as this gives them a competitive identity. This enables them to offer complete travel solutions for the customers, thereby increasing their own revenues.

easyJet has been successful in its endeavor to be distinctive. With increased competition product differentiation is what matters in online business. Their website is easy to navigate and online bookings and payments can be made comfortably. Passengers that are not comfortable in English can avoid the hassle at airports as they can check-in through the website.

British Airways (BA) is a global airline but they offer online services only in four languages apart from English. They cater to different segments like the elite class as well as the tourist class. To make the executive class passengers feel special, they have special offers for them available online.
