To develop tourism websites for our clients that would transform the tourism industry as well as increase our market niche in California. 2..To achieve our targeted revenue of $760,900 in the first year and $1,500,000 in the second year.3. Within the first year of service, we strive to achieve a number of mentions of our staff in the tourism newsletters and websites. MissionThe Californian Internet Resource Company will make uniform the language and technology required for the clients in the tourist destinations so that all barriers and bottlenecks are removed.

This would be done so as to reach out to most of the English-speaking tourists in various destinations around the world. Hadassa Tourism Website Company will provide a flexible, fun-filled, and conducive environment that would explore numerous opportunities so as to provide state of the art exotic travel for the employees and also offer incentives and bonuses for all personnel (Kaplan, 2012).Stakeholders to the organizationThe project manager oversees the affairs of the organization and implements major policies in the organization.

He also manages the resources of the organization. The project sponsor helps in the sourcing of funds to manage various projects (Kaplan, 2012). The steering committee is involved in the rolling out of new projects in the organization. The participants in the projects include the clients and the entire staff network. The market niche’s overall focus is on website design and matters pertaining to web strategies for global resort managers and preferred tourist destinations in Mexico. As this approach to business is still new, we strive to set the trends as pioneers in this market trend.

The company expects revenue of about $760,900 in the first year, $1,500,000 in the second year, and $1,810,000 in the third year. Profits for the same time periods will increase steadily. The employee headcount is expected to increase from five to twelve n in the first year and grow steadily in preceding years (Kaplan, 2012). The expected paid-in capital for the company is expected to be $350,000 to ensure that the company has enough working capital for the proposed timeline of the plan.
