This is an interpretation that feedback loops are elemental to any organization or system functionalities. The ideologies of balancing and reinforcing loops are useful since they manage a system, despite its complexities. The parts of the system are integrated as a whole system, thanks to feedback loops. As a top executive in Air Force, I would apply reinforcing loops in the event of implementing change in certain elements in the system.

Kane (2010) argues that reinforcing loops speeds up the pace of the system as opposed to the initial pace. Feedback in the Air Force will involve the members of staff in decision making, as growth of a system does not occur without application of an effort. In the Air Force as well, balancing loops is important since if the effect dampens, there is need to motivate the staff towards reviving the organization’s set policies. The organization being complex needs to have responses to the feedbacks given.

In regard to organizational strategy, feedback loops is of benefit since the organization will have a better chance of steering towards the present. Of essence, the vision and mission of the organization will only be effected through clear communication with the staff, which is only possible through feedback loops (Kane, 2010).
