A business report in most cases is written by consultants who are well versed with the business and also have a fair knowledge of the market as well.  Business Proposal:Proposals can be written for two main reasons firstly, if entities have called for tenders and if it requires for proposals to be submitted, or to provide a company with an idea, or a funding possibility.

These are competitive in the sense that the businesses might receive a number of proposals for business, however, it is only proposals which are most viable will be chosen by the business.
