Human rights can be defined as the basic rights as well as the freedoms to which each and every person is entitled. Those supporting this concept normally assert that every individual is endowed with some entitlements simply by the rationale of being a human. Therefore, human rights are envisaged in a universalist and democratic.

It is quite essential to state that contract law is a composition of all the laws and regulations that are directed toward the enforcement of certain promises. Contract law is mainly based on the common law but there are statutes that are supplementing it, especially in the field of customer protection.

My essay will argue in favor of the above-proposed legislation.
