Therefore, it is evidently indicated that Delphi research methodology was used in this study to fathom the cause of meningitis in the various states. Delphi study is a process which fundamentally provides interactive state of environment among researchers or experts from varied field in order to build up a theme, directions and predictions about a particular phenomenon. Because the survey involves experts, assumption is made that the eminence of the information will be viable with high level of reliability.

Therefore, because of this interactive process, good quality knowledge, due care and skills are involved. Delphi study mostly recognizes research techniques and bring with some thoroughness that actually help in validation of the results significantly. In this research, quantitative and qualitative questions were asked and the information received are analyzed and returned back to each person for further deliberation, there upon responses are further analyzed. The objective of Delphi application is reliable where creative ideas are of suitable information for decision making are obtained.

Based on a well thought procedures of collecting and filtering knowledge from a sample by means of questionnaire or surveillance. In order to achieve imminent insight in the epidemiology cause of meningitis in these states, a statistical analysis of the spatial- temporary distribution of definite cases was performed. The survey being based on health centre catchment areas as spatial units researchers were able to come up with temporal clusters of cases. Moreover, in order to investigate the benefit accruing from this analytical analysis of future occurrence, a finer scale for surveillance was embraced to evaluate the timeline of meningitis cause against threshold estimated.

As mentioned in the article the projected data required for statistical survey were used to evaluate the cause. The number of infected patients, who received the steroid injections, was the most sufferers especially in Tennessee which was in lead due to large shipment of steroids back pain injections destined to various parts. Sample of cerebrospinal fluid were used as a sample for the test to fathom the cause the meningitis. To identify the high risk area on which to concentrate on the researchers based their focus on where the android were received in large quantity.

An epidemiology also happened in the exact time of shipment of such drugs in various states. Regression analysis would be best analytical approach to use; where by the number of infected people could be regressed against the patients who received injection of steroids. The fist step is to plot the scatter diagram, where response variable would be plotted against the predictor variable. All the explanatory variable helps to visualized whether there is linear relationship in the cause. Secondly determine descriptive statistics by finding the central tendency, and variability.

There upon correlation analysis is done to determine the strength of relationship. Finally T-test or P- value would help in determining the level of significance in mind of second order condition. The second order condition help in assuring that the assumptions are not violated and maintaining homogeneity for the whole process. The test involved comparing steroid and other product as the cause of meningitis in the population of 26. The statistical significance test eliminate the possibility occurrence by chance therefore allows the rejection
