Mobile News Adoption among Young Adults Student name: Institutional affiliation Date: Mobile News Adoption among Young Adults Introduction Mobile News Adoption among Young Adults is a study that has been undertaken to analyse the performance and the usage if the mobile news devices by the young people. In the undertaking of the task ‘Mobile News Adoption among Young Adults’,, there are several key points that seek to be determined. The main area of the research is the determination of the impacts of the use of the mobile use by the young people. This is in their school and normal life. The undertaking of the study has been subsequent to the investigation of the key patterns and behaviours that are noted to be used and practised by the young people. The research is therefore seeking to identify the key areas where the mobile news have affected the students on and the patterns that are shown by the use of the mobile news usage. In this, there is the identification of the several factors that have continuously influenced the application of the mobile news by the young people. The factors have therefore either improved the usage or hindered the usage the first factor that has been pointed out is the media. The media plays a key role in the application and the use of the mobile news by the young people. This is through the continuous relaying of news and happenings from all the corners of the world and the young people can be informed with the media. The second factor that has been pointed out as influencing the patterns of the young people is the new consumption patterns in the world. The consumption patterns influence greatly the usage of the mobile news by the young people. The researchers while undertaking the research on ‘Mobile News Adoption among Young Adults’ have sought to put into full use the objectivity approach in the sampling. This is where the samples are selected based on their number or their degree of occurrence and rather not on the random nature that they pose. With the mobile networks, according to the study, there are several benefits that accrue to the users. The advantages that are pointed out in the study influence the individual lives of the young people in one way or another and these therefore further impacts on the society. In the undertaking of the study on ‘Mobile News Adoption among Young Adults’, several data collection measures have been put into full use. The reason behind the selection of the methods is the level of accuracy of the outcomes that is derived from them. There are fewer complexities in the methods and the ease of use of the methods has facilitated and influenced the decision to put them into full use. The first data collection method that has been put to use is the use of questionnaires. This is where the students answer several questions that have been set for them and that will aid in the arriving at the conclusion and the determination on impacts of the use of the mobile news by the young people. In the undertaking of the study, there has been the application and the use of quantitative research methods. This is characterised by the comparison of two variables in order to arrive at a conclusion on a given research issue. In this case, there is the creation of the relationship between the students and the mobile use. The creation of the relation between the two helps in the determination of a conclusive statement of the mobile use among the young people. The use of the quantitative research approach and method has therefore been for the benefit of the whole research. It is through it that a conclusion and determination of the outcome is arrived at in the study. The total number of participants that took place in the study on ‘Mobile News Adoption among Young Adults’ amounted to 384. This was equivalent to 51% of the total number of people who had been earlier asked to be involved in the study. With this being slightly more than half of the number of the respondents, the accuracy levels of the study were not hindered in any way. There however exist doubts as to the limitation in the feedback based on the close to 49% of the people who opted out of taking part in the study. This is however is an arguable basis for the conducting of the study in that nearly half of the participants have opted out of taking part in it. This will therefore limit the decision-making and the conclusively of the study Mobile News Adoption among Young Adults. This is because the people who have quit could have had a differing opinion from that which is made and given by the remaining 51% of the participants. The data that has been collected through the questionnaires is later sampled to reduce the number of information that will be used. The sampling technique of sorting out data also has the advantage of reducing the workload and the costs that are incurred in the analysis of the data. There are measures that have been put in place to see to it that the samples that are used are representative of the whole populations and that the numbers of organisms in the questionnaires have an equal chance of selection. Through this, the level of reliance on the samples that are used is greatly improved. This is for the better of the determination of a conclusive report and study conclusion and recommendations. There however exists bias in the data collection. This is where the data does not factor in the feedback and the comments of the people who do not fall in the age bracket of between18 and 35 years. In the collection of the data from the respondents, there has been the application of quantitative methods in the undertakings. This is where there is the application and the use of numerical data in the study. The data that is received from the respondents is converted into numerical terms and statistical figures. This is through such things as the degree of occurrence of the data. This is what is referred to as the quantitative approach in data collection. It mainly focuses on such things as how much and how many in the arriving at the inferences and in the answering of the research questions. The data that has been used has much significance in the study ‘Mobile News Adoption among Young Adults’. This is through the provision of the adequate analysis of the research questions that have been pointed out in the study that is being undertaken. This is through the clear analysis of the questions and the feedback that is received from the respondents. The study will also pay a crucial role in the determination of the benefits that are derived from the use of mobile news by the young people. Through the study also, there will be the creation of an understanding on the demerits of the use of the mobile news by the young people. This therefore aids in the creation of plans and measures to improve on the demerits and to keep up the merits. Through this, there is the enhancement of the factors that revolve around the operations of the mobile news system would be increased and improved to great levels. The researchers in the study have also not used other sources of data in the carrying out of the study. This is because the use of the data from the young people gives them firsthand information on the various approaches that are being taken and put in place by them in the mobile news. The other sources of data would have been useful but not as reliable as the data from the young people themselves. Other sources that would have provided the data would include the providers of the mobile news and the management and organizational and school heads of the institutions where the young people are attached. In order to see to it that there is the accurate conclusion of the research project that is being undertaken, there are several methods that the researchers have sought to use. The methods are the factors that have aided to the conducting of the research effectively and the timely and successful completion of the projects that are being carried out. There are however several pointers that have been listed by the researchers as to the undertakings of the project research. The three pointers that have been mentioned are; a. Timing of the study b. Intensity of the study c. Innovation adaptation behaviour The above mentioned pointers are the determinants of the degree of the usage of the mobile news among the young people. In the study however, there are several aspects that are pointed out by the researchers. They are; 1. The degree of the usage of the mobile news 2. The intensity of the adoption 3. The timing of the adoption 4. Amounts of capital invested in the mobile news As pointed out, there are many benefits that accrue to the firms due to the rise of the many different methodologies in the approach to the matter at hand. Some of the benefits therefore of the use of the approach include the following; a. The increase in the intensity of the mobile news that are relayed to the young people. b. The improvement in the attention on the usage of the mobile news c. The improvement in the level of understanding of the benefits arising from adoption and the application of the systems. This is also in the application in other related fields. There has also been pointed out several indicators as to the profitability and the good performance of the use of the mobile news by the young people. Some of the pointers which can be analysed so as to create an insight as to the performance of a given mobile news network or system include the content that is relayed, the cost of relaying the content, the application and customization of technology and the multiplicity levels of the technology that is being used. Other pointers that have been pointed include the specific advantages that are derived by the mobile devices and the immediacy levels of the technology. Despite the many advantages that have been associated with the use of the many approaches, there are several demerits that have also been pointed out. The demerits have played a major role in the reduction in the levels of the efficiency of the use of the systems by the researchers in the other fields. The first major disadvantage that has been pointed out is the inability of the systems to have a level basis of comparison. This means that it is impossible or difficult to compare the data and details that are received from different areas and scopes. The absence of the basis for the comparison between the variables creates a ground that does allow for trend analysis or calculation. Conclusion In conclusion, many derivatives and conclusions can be obtained from the undertaking of the research. The first major conclusion that has been arrived at is that there exists a positive relationship between the adoption of a given technology and its perceived relative advantage that occurs in any age group. The effects of the use of the projects has been pointed out in the undertaking of the project. . The young people however have varying understanding of the several issues in the operations of the mobile news by the given news providers. The amount of pay by a certain young person to a given mobile news service does not determine the amount or the level of the usage of the mobile news. The amount payable is therefore not much significant as it was pointed out by most of the respondents. The continuous use of the mobile news services has aided them in their everyday undertakings. Through the research also, there is the creation of understanding of the impacts of the news on the lives of the young people and the benefits and the demerits that each of them has to the lives of the young people. Through this therefore, the improvements that will be made from either of the systems in the operations are pointed out and recommendations for them can be given effectively. Based on the level of research that has been undertaken, the study on the Mobile News Adoption among Young Adults is a fair research. This is due to its use of the mobile news in the investigation. The use of the young people as the basis of the study, has also aided in the increase of the level of reliance on the study and also the accuracy. This is because it has examined the concerned people as to the study question and topic. Its only weakness however is in the use of the multiple level analysis method. This has hindered the development of an analysis on the tend that has been formed through the undertaking of the study. Through it however, the analysis of what the researcher seeks at finding out is clearly analysed and this therefore makes the work that is being carried out to be a success. References Berinsky, A.
