The fruit platter also contains milk. The dip may be substituted with fruit gel to reduce the fat consumed. The food presented provides a high-fiber diet, which helps digestion. The fruit platter also provides vitamins A and C with some calcium and iron in the diet. The food is also rich in carbohydrates and sugar.
