Anthony Fauci is a leader who practices a high level of ethics in his work environment and leadership activities. He has been able to create an excellent ethical culture in his career. Fauci promoted an ethical culture that encouraged good behaviour and moral values among his followers. Moreover, he introduced training programs that empower his employees to act ethically in the National Institute of Health. Besides, he has established standards that enabled the employees to exercise and practice a high level of ethics and professional codes.

Fauci is one of the persons who exercise a high level of honesty and respect for his employees. He can exercise the Golden rule, whereby he does to others what he expects to be done to him. Fauci can exercise transparency and engages with personal employees in ensuring that he transparently communicates to them. By so doing, the employees are able to learn from him and exercise a high level of ethical standards. More so, Fauci is able to practice open communication with his followers. This is one of the factors that promote a high level of ethical standards as he leads the health ministry towards fighting COVID- 19.

Also, I will encourage open communication and transparency to act as an excellent example to the followers. This will encourage them to promote good values in the organization.

Being a leader in the organization will enable me to meet with different personalities which are conflicting in nature. As a future leader, it is critical to learn the features and attributes of Fauci in handling and managing conflicts. I will be able to solve emerging issues and address tensions which might create conflicts in the organization.
