In today’s world, there exists a unique demand for primary health care. Even though studies prove that the quality of health care in non-urban areas is better than in urban areas, the common belief that great quality health care is also found in urbanized areas (Eley Young, & Przybeck, 2009).   Such ideas bring us to the million-dollar question of whether doctors of non-urban regions are better in the diagnosis of health conditions compared to those in urban areas.

Modernizing technology to make sure that both new and rural areas gain access to digital equipment would be the right solution. There is a vast increase in the number of diseases discovery when it comes to urban doctors. The gap in the progress of technology shows that rural areas lag when it comes to innovation. Some people find it absurd to discuss this problem, which is a predicament in the real sense (Abrams & Robinson, 2011).  An example was in China that performed discovery and ascertained that rural areas lacked the accessibility to the internet (Chan et al., 2005). This was despite the fact that the majority of people were always online. In the continents with developing countries like Africa, they tend to have less tendency to adopting ICT. That's why they discover with less accuracy compared to the urban doctors who know the importance of incorporating technology in the medical field.

There is a considerable gap when it comes to the comparison between rural and urban health workers. A lot of people assume that it is not an issue to make the difference even and increase the overall life expectancy of the resident. Training the staff in the hospital will be costly because they have to use modern equipment. It is something that cannot be put into existence compared to the rush decisions made for different problems.

The outcome of equalizing the accuracy of non-urban and urban doctors

Might only happen in the developed countries, especially those that have access to financial resources. The developing countries will find a strain and get challenges as a result of corruption. The government must inspect the use of resources so that it is utilized effectively. Equalization of the expertise in the urban and non-urban areas will lead to the overall improvement of the welfare of people in the country (Chan et al., 2005). It will lead to better diagnoses and treatment of diseases. The patients' problems will be put at the forefront because the doctors in rural areas are conversant with the conditions they are treating. The change of environment that causes harm will be reduced, and there will be better professional expertise.

Problems that will hinder equal development of no-urban and urban doctors’ expertise

Corruption- most countries with unequally developed medical staff, are developing and underdeveloped countries. The leaders responsible for training the team will embezzle the funds leading to the erosion of the whole idea of equalization. It vital the doctors have the essential equipment and skills needed to accurately diagnose the diseases (Eley, Young,  & Shrapnel, 2008).  If any of these is compromised, there will be deterioration of health in non-urban areas. It’s advisable that the non-urban areas become independent and stopped over-dependency on the urban medical officers.
