It is basically to add my skills in my work and maintain a good input in the work environment while helping achieve the organization's goals and objectives. Owing to this, I have chosen eight main subjects which I feel will be of value and will add up to my experience and expertise in working comfortably and carrying out my duties efficiently. My choice of Masters's Classes includes Creative tools for improving organization performance; strategic information, current issues in corporate governance, exploring business spirituality and meaning at work, portfolio theory, statistical process control, practice and problem in performance measurement, and responsible investing. These classes will derive my great potential in being a good leader and leading by example while being of immense significance in every practice within my work environment. The situation in the organization is its efforts to expand internationally. The organization has its goal to enter the International Market meaning that there is a need to have ample knowledge in diverse fields to make sure it succeeds in due time.

Statistical process control is another classic Master’s class chosen on the basis of helping more in organization performance improvement. My personal objective in taking this class has been to understand the application of statistical methods practically to the control of processes within an organization or monitoring of the same in ensuring that they operate fully (Oakland 2002, p. 76 – 84). This is in light of the roles that I play within my organization as a team leader who everyone anticipates to succeed in every effort made. Since I also engage in the production field, it would be my joy to know the right approaches in statistical process control valuable in producing the best product with the least waste.

Knowledge learned from this Masters's class is diverse. One critical thing that is evident in the knowledge acquired is the ability to examine a particular ongoing process as well as the diversified sources of variation.
