Paper Apple Inc. was founded in 1976 by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. McClure, p.25) it is known for its strong brandthat involves extensive innovation and technological input. Some of its products include iPod series, Macintosh, iPad, iPhone series, and iMac among other products. Despite its strong presence in China, the company was previously reluctant in investing in China. It instead operated through other companies such as Taiwan’s Hon Hai, third party contract manufacturers to help in the manufacturing of some of its products.

MNeil, (2014 p.32) the new investment plan will see Apple Inc. build a state of art research and development centre. Besides, the company also announced the entry of some of its cellular versions of iPads into the Chinese market, the second largest destination for most of its products. Faber, (2013 p.12) The new investment will aid in reducing some of existing bureaucracy, which blocks some of its products out of market for months after their launch.
