The creation of an action plan is a relevant activity towards the search of a perfect job that is relevant to your career development. Preparation is a key tool for being employed. Once I have received job interview I could focus more on permeation. The activity would include making sure am equipped with the correct information about the corporation that has called me for the job interview. The activity would enable me to come up with a perfect way of answering all the possible questions that would arise during the interview. The dress code is also part of the preparation process (Story 2012, p. 161). The creation of a perfect action plan relates to the ability to engage the tutor in the formulation of a perfect employability status. Tutor’s advice plays a relevant role in the creation of a reliable employability status. To engage the tutor, I would ensure that the creation of a good curriculum vitae that meet the required set of standards. The curriculum vitae would reflect all my activities and qualifications that make me become a perfect candidate for the advertised position.

The administration of an organization is a dynamic aspect that requires the participation of professions. The usage of social media is vital for me to get the post of a business development manager in any organization as a graduate. Friendliness is a character trait that defines the general personality of a person. Apparently, my over friendly personality makes up one of my key weakness. I have created a LinkedIn profile that spells out my profession, qualifications, and my personality. By looking at my profile, one understands my whole personality. Understanding the employer is a vital issue of employment. The activity explains the levels of interests the employee has towards the employers. Social media plays a vital role in the search for employment. The piece of technology has created an open field whereby company and employment seekers could discuss key developmental issues. The creation of an action plan is a relevant activity towards the search of a perfect job that is relevant to your career development. Preparation is a key tool for being employed.
