QUALITY MANAGEMENT TOOLS al Affiliation) Industry background Human resource management in any firm is important as it acts as a main department in any business. It is hard for a business to function without human resource department. This makes organizations outsource the functions when the functions are not provided internally in the firm. There are varying roles that Human Resource is exposed including selection and recruitment of employees. The managers in human resource advertise positions in the organization that are vacant and recruit the best people that fill the positions with the ability to satisfy the needs of the vacant positions. Human resource in every organization focuses on the policies that are put by the organization to enable attain objectives. Human resource department in organization is also concerned with industrial relations leading to balancing of practices in the organization with the requirements that arise from government laws and collective bargaining. Organization background HTC is an institution of the government and has been popular with remarks that it has achieved in provision of higher education and training of outstanding students that are able to meet the requirements and aspirations of the EAU government. The organization has been able to attract teachers who are qualified from the best and higher educational institutions which have brought about a positive influence which is shown in the students. The organization is also much committed to providing professional and technical education with a high quality level. The other aim of the organization is to encourage creativity of students and improvement through initiatives that have been put into place to support students and develop them. In attaining the objectives and roles, there is ensuring that the teachers and students are well motivated and ready to play the parts that they are to undertake in the organization. It is noted that the study aims at coming up with ways and modes or approaches of developing a proper working relationship between the students, professors and the whole staff of HCT in the UAE. Introduction on the presentation objectives In carrying out a research on HTC, there is consideration of the scope to come up with appropriate strategies to appropriately manage staff and students. The main of the research is to come up with appropriate human resource management strategies in HTC to ensure that there is joining of the collage by more of the students. The research will also enable HTC achieve its target goals and objectives as the stakeholders would increase their investments and sponsoring the collage due to continued academic success and profit that is achieved by the organization. The research when carried out will ensure that human resource management of HTC comes up with creative and effective strategies that will ensure that there is improvement of the relationship between teachers and students in the college. Both the students and teachers will benefit. The students will be able to develop enough skills and knowledge in the corporate world. The reason for the development is that the relationship that occurs between the teachers and students makes the students able to ask any question they find challenging. The teachers will also be willing to get time in their busy timetables even after school hours to ensure that students are able to understand the challenging concepts. Stakeholders would also benefit from the initiative as they would be good reputation and image of the collage that will be from the emerging solutions. The research that was carried out incorporated both qualitative and quantitative aspect where there is the goal of attaining statistics and facts to quantify the data and generalize the results that are obtained from a given population interest. Quality management process There are several courses that are considered in quality management process. The courses include business stimulation course where there is setting of goals and analysis of the formulation of strategy and strategy formulation. The second course of quality management is strategic human resource management course. In this part, there is implementation of strategies by putting into practice in a bid to meet the goals of the firm. The other final strategy involves the college. The other course is ISO standards and excellent course with two important concepts by understanding and organizing the resources of the collage. There is also incorporation of the system approach to management to determine undertaken sequences and the process used in interaction. There are other aspects that are used in quality management process that is to be applied and implemented by the organization quality plan is an aspect that can be used in defining and agreeing with the needs for quality and the specific approaches to meet them. Phase quality requirements are also a factor that is important in quality management process. This considers the specific activities that to be carried out and the specific outcomes of each. Applying quality methods is also considered where throughout the work of the organization and defined approach to quality is then followed. The standards that is low that that needed is then re-worked to achieve the desired standards. Phase quality review ensures that before a phase is closed, a review is carried out to see that there is achievement of accepted quality standards. Before a project can be closed, there is overall conformance to quality methods and requirements assessed and approved. Evidence of quality tools being used Business stimulation course has been used by the organization in setting of goals. The organization through the department of resource management ensures that there is setting of objectives and a mission statement and the values that the organization should apprehend. Through the help, there has been setting of objectives and goals for the collage. The organization has also analyzed formulation of strategies by analyzing their strengths and weaknesses enabling them to maximize on their strengths and minimizing on their weaknesses. The third one is strategy formulation that involves the development of specific actions required for the college to meet its goals. Strategic HRM course has also been implemented in the organization as there has been putting into practice a bid to enable them meet goals and objectives of the business. Through human resource department, there has been evaluation of the strategies that they have identified so that they be able to find out the results that were expected were produced. Through this, the collage is able to determine the way to adjust their strategies so that they meet the trends that are always in constant changes in the business environment. ISO standards and excellent course has also been implemented in HTC through the use of two main concepts. One of the processes that have been used in organization is the process approach where they understand and organize the resources of the college and its activities to optimize on its operation. Secondly, they incorporate the systems approach to their management to determine the undertaken sequence and the process of interaction which enables to meet the requirements of their students and their teachers in a bid to improve the present level of relation. Human resource department of any organization plays a critical role and function in ensuring that the output and productivity of that firm or organization is on course. HCT as an organization or a school also has an obligation and duty to ensure that it hires the best talent and skills in the industry to help in achieving the intended outcome. One of the reasons as to why the students have always exhibited excellence and good results over the years is the due to the fact that the HCT as a learning institution attracts the best talent in the country in terms of lecturers. Additionally, the college has strived in the past to offer the best and reputable education and learning programs to the students and the society by extension. At the end, the students and the whole society of UAE would benefit by receiving the solutions that the HCT as an organization would give. In principle, it is important and critical to note and mention that the study also aims at devising the ways and modes or approaches of developing a proper working relationship between the students, professors and the whole staff of HCT in the United Arabs Emirates. Tentatively, it goes without saying or mentioning that the end goal and objective of HCT as an organization would be to attract more students by producing excellence and good performance. The irreducible minimum and point of inclination is the fact that most of the organizations and business have stable, objective, realistic and ambitious policies and programs in the human resource department and perspective. Accordingly, the HCT as a college and an organization for that matter could use some of the tips and arguments that have been fronted by other researchers and thinkers. In brief, the essay has expounded the thoughts, arguments and ideals of other thinkers and researchers who used sound policies in the human resource aspects to achieve and realize excellence. The manner in which the students engage the tutors in research process would be improved if the tutors tone down on their strictness and line their objectivity with the vision and mission statement of objectivity. Thus, it is imperative to note and record that observation would be used as a method of collecting the data and information that would be used to make inferences and deductions. In the realms and cycles of research, it is proper that the ethnographer or the observing researcher remains objective and maintains and unwavering skewers of bias in his or her judgments. Phase quality requirements are also a factor that is important in quality management process and has been applied by HTC. In the organization, there has been consideration of the specific activities that to be carried out and the specific outcomes of each. The considerations that have been in HTC are the relationship that occurs between the students and the teachers to bring about excellence in the collage. The strategies that are put forth by the teachers are followed in the college by the students. The standards that are low that needed is then re-organized to achieve the desired standards. Phase quality review ensures that before a phase is closed, a review is carried out to see that there is achievement of accepted quality standards. Recommendations for quality improvement Strategic human resource management is important in the approach that it has taken in the organization in managing human resources in support of the long term and short term goals and outcomes. The approach that can be used in the organization is that which focuses on the long term issues that the students have, matching the resources the HTC have and future needs. The strategies that are used in the organization should be that that creates an effective organizational structure, culture, system thinking, and an appropriate communication strategy for a changing landscape. Sustainability and corporate social responsibility will also be important in the organization when there is consideration of values and expressions in the organization. This is also much considered in business decision making. Many more agencies than expected include HR representatives in the agency planning process and integrate human resources management goals, objectives, and strategies into agency strategic plans. However, most agencies are still struggling in this area. Therefore, organization managers and HR leaders need to work as a team to fully assimilate HRM into the planning process so that it will become an important, contributing factor to organization planning and success Most agencies are in some way measuring the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the HR function. These measures, however, are generally output-oriented, focus on internal HR processes and activities, and are used to make improvements to HR-specific policies and procedures. As human resource changes its activities to wider organizational issues, human resource measures also need to be expanded to measure the impact human resource management has on organization goals and objectives. Then, the measurement data can be used to inform agency-level decisions. The relationship between human resource and management is becoming more cooperative. Human resource executives are beginning to earn a seat at the management table. Human resource offices are becoming more consultative and involved in day-to-day line management activities. Nevertheless, there is still a long way to go if HR is to become a strategic partner at all levels. To do so, HR needs to build its own internal competencies to deal with organizational issues, educate itself on agency and program missions, and find ways to offer creative and innovative solutions to organization wide issues. The organization should also focus on activities of the organization that assist in decision making. There is however still much emphasis on efficiency the efforts that are given by human resource departments. Internal issues are also important to the success that is to come from any program on human resource in any organization. Through the consideration of all these, there is need to examine the big picture of the organization and find better ways to impact the success of the organization as a whole. The success of a business is based on the insight and rightness of the strategies that are put forth by the human resource management in an organization. In the future improvements, the principles that are held by the organization should be that able to give the instances and examples of international and reputable financial institutions in the world which has been able to attain success due to proper strategies in human resource departments.
