A manager ought to have enough resources to guarantee a thorough job and prevent last-minute hustles that may negatively affect the company. A manager can get a third party to ensure documents are cleared on timeTwo1) Do you have the resources needed to get the job done? The organization is growing, and the company has more employees and gets hard to supervise employees to get the work done. 2) What do you need from me to be successful?

I require a hardworking employee who will offer quality services to the organization and ensure his work is done on time. How does this compare to your experiences and thoughts? I worked for a particular company where, the manager did not take measures in indiscipline cases such as timekeeping, and most employees came to work drunk. The behaviors led to the closure of the company as the manager did not take considerable measures on his employees. 3- If your company implements an HRIS that includes timekeeping.

How would that affect your decision to handle payroll in-house or outsource it? HRIS system tracks down and records accurate information about an employee, which can cause overload, as a result, a company cannot handle payroll in-house as it is time-consuming, which negatively affects the performance of the employee. An organization may hire a third party to handle payroll on the company’s behalf and improve employees' performance (Ray and Rajesh 286). 4-Explain at least one benefit an employer can expect by having an automated compensation, benefits, and payroll system.

An automated payroll ascertains that the company manages its payroll processes more effectively. It may be a difficult task for an expanding organization to keep track of the payroll by hand. The system ensures the company’s compliance with state regulations and laws as it automatically deducts services such as taxes and insurance benefits, which secure the employees (Ray and Rajesh 287).
