Revise regulations that are beneficial with low cost that needs improvementMeasure Costs vs Benefits of Current Regulations to determine correct regulationsCreate Agency that overlooks all Regulation companies and their policiesFuture RecommendationsCosts vs Benefits analysis must happen so that if only 6 out of 45 regulations are working, then restructuring must ensure fewer wasted regulation practices.A super regulation agency must watch over all others. This might mean removing excess or smaller regulatory agencies that have redundant work.

A third-party organization should oversee and contribute to that agency. Regulations need to be reduced and revised and create less impact on the people they affect. Proposed amendments must take place to increase benefits by much more and the costs must be reduced by much more. Right now the costs are too high. Keep it simple. If people are suffering, remove regulation with proper analysis of it first. Make consistent training packages for the people who create the regulations. Develop trial periods to test regulations.

Keep a watch over regulations once they have been made. Try to focus on actual results.
