In this film, Pilger interviews Hugo Chavez. One of the notable topics in the interview concerns the role of the US government in their opposition to the government’s reform program (Thorn, 2007). There is also the aspect of the US trying to overthrow Chavez’s government. This film can transform one's sensibilities bearing in mind the zeal that US’s actions gave to Chavez’s resolution to transform his country.

Escape Fire: The Fight to Rescue American Healthcare by Matthew Heineman

This is a recent movie that delves into the dramatic exchange between President Obama and the republican congress that were hostile to the healthcare bill. It also features the lobbyists as well as cooperative powers that thrive in keeping people sick. With the buzz that this film has created, it can only reinforce the effect that democratic politics has on its constituents. The burdened victim here is the American citizen since they have to bear all the consequences of the scuffle (Heineman, nod). With such a film about democracy, the transformation of one’s sensibilities is realized.
