Lateral step over-This the help of a raised surface or a bench, one stands next to the raised surface or the bench with the right foot closer to the surface or the bench. The trainee then raises the right knee up while bringing the leg over to the bench while making sure not to step on the surface or bench. Then raising the left foot to meet the right one, thereafter move the legs back to the original position starting with the left foot. This should be done for at least ten to fifteen times (La Gerche et al., 2012). . Therefore, management of health and fitness centre have outlined a number of plans to address the issue of injuries encountered by the gym participants especially among the fatigued participants Based on the recommendation suggested earlier, the trainees should conduct their training session as planned earlier, which is through ensuring they observe their training program as recommended by their doctors as well the training experts(O'Keefe et al., 2012). The management of health and fitness centre have articulated the following prevention measures; The gym trainers are encouraged to enquire about one’s medical history before deciding to impose various training mechanisms on them. This is believed to be necessary in order to establish an individual’s physical health condition so as to ascertain his/her ability to engage in physical training. In addition, the management is considering involving the services of psychologists to gauge the mindset of individuals before allowing them to indulge in various training activities. In the event that an individual is fought to be a little bit fatigued, the management plans to give them room for undergoing guidance and counselling before eventually allowing them to engage in physical training activity(O'Keefe et al., 2012). They should assure them that all the resolutions will be achieve upon completion of their training session (La Gerche et al., 2012). Quality control-The management should develop a continuous training platform that will enable the gym participants to achieve their objectives. They should equip the centre with latest facilities as well as advising the fatigued members accordingly to ensure the live to their desires (La Gerche et al., 2012). Conclusion Having a clearly outline training program is considered one of the best measures towards achievement of a trainee’s goals and objectives. In order to achieve the desired output, an individual should consider following his/her program to the letter. Individuals should avoid engaging in vigorous training exercises when they are fatigued since there tend to be high probability of them injuring themselves in the course of training.
