Extract of sample "Development of the US Health Care System"

The analysis of how the change will eventually influence healthcare delivery, and improve marketing conditions deals with the structure, process, and outcome. The structure comprises of contextual that is divided into organizational structure, and nurse staff (Breen, 23). The process deals with a nursing care system that results in quality of care, however, the organizational structure can connect directly to nurse staff. The last process is the outcome consisting of residents a characteristic that is caused by many factors. The marketing condition will improve since the strategies provide a sturdy platform for favorable business competition (Thomas, 262). In my own experience, the health law is capable of improving the SPO model, since health is financially stable.

Discussion 2

The three areas where I find the course appealing to my academic and professional field are health services management, researching and planning programs, and Information technology programs. In health services management, the course assists the administration to come up with innovative ideas that improve health services. The stakeholder's concerns are taken care of by the knowledge got from the course. In researching and planning, the course assists the researcher to get suitable data from the field and make appropriate plans that will advance health services. In the program, information technology, the course improves the services technological services since they will form a basis for communication used in health services. I would apply course content and experiences to my world of the profession by enhancing health services enforcing effective management and using outstanding business ideas and skills. I will use a variety of quantitative methods, for research and planning programs such as forecasting, and scheming outcome evaluation studies (Wan). I will use advanced assessing and evaluating methods for the research to get the right information from the data. I will use the latest technology in information such as emails to improve communication in the health care system. The course has positively affected my professional development identity since I can comprehend and solve difficulties experiencing my professional work. I have managed to do successful research and planned well for the future program (Litsios & World Health Organization, 108). I have grown personally by completing this course because of the experience and lessons that I have learned. The course has assisted me to mature into a well-skilled and focused health professional recognized. 

Discussion 3

I believe the course can be improved to optimize academic outcomes for learners like me in the future in the following areas. One of the areas is the Military Healthcare System (MHS) to examine the result of the military men who are alienated from society. The course improves health services and makes it suitable to fit the requirements of military personnel. The course can be used in business organizations to make ethical choices that will improve the business progress (Shi, & Singh, 18). The course teaches quality management skills that are essential for improvement. Learning institutions can use the course concepts to make remarkable teaching skills that assist instructors to explain their points easily to their students. The concepts from the course provide essential and effective information to students, hence making it fascinating and easy to learn (Ruhe).
