The primary goal of sports of raising the spirit within oneself is endangered by such enforced competitive activities. Not only Statsyk this issue was criticized by many other through newspaper. Competition is an integral part of the society and life as well but children should be exposed to these con petitions when they are in matured phase of life where they are ready to take up these competitions. The author concluded by saying that sports authorities should come up with the sports as program training for fitness, sportsmanship and teamwork which would help the children in personality development (Statsky).

Response: Based on the issue, as rightly pointed by Statsyk, I too feel that children nowadays are forced to complete rather than being encouraged to play. This issue has emerged as a burning issue of the society whose solution has not been properly executed. Children till today are being compelled by their guardians to take part in competitions whatsoever the field is. They are not provided with a scope of learning things on their own, which they are capable of. They are rather being thrashed into the competitive league.

Various protests have been made through columns of newspaper, articles, write ups etc but till date results have not been reached. As per as I am concerned I feel the result will only be accomplished when the entire society will feel the need of the same. The society should be educated enough to understand the need and effectively addressing the issues. More importantly the parents should be made to understand the vulnerabilities of the issue. They should understand that the children of today are the future of tomorrow.

They are the one who built the future of any nation and if there are faults in their teachings then the entire nation will be in danger. As a remedial measure of the problem, workshops can be conducted for the parents giving them impetus on how to handle the childhood of their children. Playing outdoor games educate both heart and mind in every way. It helps in building up the overall personality of the children. Whatever they will be learning in childhood they will be building on their future on that basis.

So in anyway if the base becomes faulty then their future will be in trouble. The only way to resolve this problem is to address the problem in a correct manner. Children should be encouraged to take part in outdoor sports related activities free heartedly. Emphasis should be given on their learning of fitness, teamwork, individual leaning of discipline and individual performance. The efforts will be successful only when this attitude will be implanted within the children from the nearby surroundings as a whole.

Schools play a vital role in building up the personality development. Each and every child should be encouraged in participating in the outdoor sports activities with an attitude of learning rather than competing. The sports activities should be designed in such a way that it help in boosting the self confidence of the children. It should be kept in mind that sports activities during school level should be for all objected to make the children learn about cooperation, sportsmanship and individual performance.

Demarcation amongst children regarding sports related ac
