The manufacturing of the wheel centers is consisting of interconnected and interrelated stages like designing, drawing, manufacturing and marketing of the product for its final utilization by the customers as to satisfy their desires for the product. The designing of the wheel centers is regulated through the adoption of principles of the engineering and with the help of machining process through the numerical control arrangement for the completion of the products as per the standards and demands of the customers. The numerical control is the automation of machine tools which are used with abstractly designed program commands in an encoded arrangement along a storage medium. The numerical control arrangement is different from that of the manually controlled arrangement implemented with the help of manual levers and therefore the quality of output is affected as the numerical control arrangement provides better results in the shape of quality out put with perfect specifications and designs(1). Coordinate systems and choices for the CNC: The numerical machining system with the complement of digital and analog computers is creating the modern computer numerical controlled (CNC) machine tools which are helpful in the designing process for the manufacturing of automobile accessories including the wheel center. The wheel center are produced with the application of engineering tools and equipment with the utilization of financial ,human and technical resources as to make the product with the economy of scale as per ISO certified standards. (2) Analysis and formulation of the machining process and a plan to complete the machining of the component based on CNC machining. The machining process for the manufacture of the Wheel Center is consisting of designing, manufacturing, finishing and marketing of the Wheel Center with the utilization of machinery, equipment, tools and dyes and CNC machining mechanisms for the production of the product as with required standards and quality. The Wheel Centers are manufactured with an out board surface being un plated at the initial stage and in un finished appearance. These structures are designed with the use of numerical machines and CNC with accurate input data. The data helps the machine to perform its functions as per the installed program. These programs are in the form of software systems and are designed in accordence with the design, configuration and specification of the wheel centre. The raw product is converted into the finished form with the assistance of cutters and welding machines in the engineering departments of the manufacturing units. The use of machining process is helpful in making the product in the shape as to support a tire rim connected to the wheel centre(2). The utilization of CNC machines is extremely helpful in the production of the wheel centre with the specific sizes including a specific radius and circumference of the wheel centre. The machining process is helpful in the performance of all the related engineering tasks for the production of the wheel centre. The application of engineering tools with the adoption of latest technology like CNC will ensure the production of Wheel Center as per required standards. 3) The resources, such as machine, tool, fixture, and etc for the machining process/operation. There are three fundamental and important stages in the manufacturing process for the production of the wheel centre. These three stages are moving in a sequence and are interconnected with each other. These stages are as: a. designing of the moulds, b. mould manufacturing, and c. Component manufacturing with the assistance of the tools and moulds. The rapidly growing machining system with the numerical configurations along with digital and analog computers are developing the modern computer numerical controlled (CNC) machine tools which have revolutionized the whole designing process for the manufacturing of products like the wheel centre for the automobiles . These machines are working as on the basis of numerical and digital data as stored in the CNC machine and with the help of engineering tools. In modern CNC systems, the end-to-end component designs are highly automated with the use of computer aided designs (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) with the use of CAD / CAM programs. A typical CNC panel used for the handling of numerical data in the process for the manufacturing of the product is shown below so as to illustrate the position and the use of the machine for the manufacturing of the wheel centers with the utilization of non ferrous metals like aluminums and magnesium with the desired quality and standards. CAD/CAM programs produces a computer file that is used to acquire the command needed to operate the machine with 100% accuracy so as to achieve maximum results with the use of the requisite commands as required to operate the machine. A number of tools are needed to complete the process like drills, milling machines, lathes, wood rooters, sheet metal works, surface grinders and cylindrical grinders. These tools are used in the designing, manufacturing and finishing processes for the wheel centers. The use of CNC machine helps in the completion of the product that is the wheel center which is used in the whole manufacturing process for the automobiles. The wheels are associated with the rims and both of these are associated with each other with the assistance of plurality of steel brackets. All these structures are manufactured with the use of CNC machines with essential data so as to manufacture the product with specific perfection including a structural wheel center made of a non-ferrous metal, and having an inboard side and an outboard side for fitting the required structures. A set of tools which are helpful in the manufacturing process are as under: 4) The work holding strategy for the machining process/operation; The work holding strategy is adopted for the functioning of the machining process which is completed with the assistance of the required tools as to help in the machining process along with the use of moulds for the purpose of manufacturing of the Wheel Center. Different kinds of milling machine tools are used for the manufacturing of the bearings product like, Vertical Milling machine, Horizontal milling machine and Bridge type milling machines which help in the whole manufacturing process(3). The equipment is needed for the quality output as to determine the size of the final product in the shape of the wheel center with the help of CNC machines. The manufacturing of the final product needs the processing and implementation of a manufacturing plan with all its necessary details .These steps include designing of the wheel center with their sizes, use of the data as an input into the CNC machine, use of raw material, execution of the plan and the product as its in initial shape and finally the finished product. These wheels centers can be made entirely from materials such as light weight alloys, or with the use of non-ferrous metals like magnesium and aluminum which are further surrounded by the Steel rim. 5. The manufacturing parameters The Wheel centers are designed and manufactured with specific parameters with the help of modern machines along with the combination of multiple tools into a single cell. The machines are handled on the basis of CNC arrangement as guided by the CAD designs. The products are characterized by the moulds as to manufacture in the shape of a central circular cross section. These insertions are arranged in the circular bores within the outer walls of the basic materials .The insertions kept in a position by snap rings for the arrangement of making the structures in the outer surfaces. The inner surfaces are spherical in their appearance and these surfaces are obtained with the exercise of CAD / CAM and CNC techniques for the finalization of the wheel centers of the automobiles. 6. NC program of CNC machining of the component Numerical control (NC) program is the automation of machine tools that are used with the program commands which have abstractly been encoded on a storage medium for their further usage. These early machines supplemented with the use of analog and digital computers for the creation of modern computer numerical controlled (CNC) machine tools that have changed the whole designing process with the use of CAD/ CAM programming. The CNC techniques are helpful in getting the desired products through turning, drilling, boring and milling processes with specific designs and structures for the manufacturing of the desired products. The manufacturing process needs special attention for the designing, manufacturing, and utilisation for the product for the promotion of the product in the market as per the standards of the International Standards Organization (ISO).
