The results from the questionnaires and observations were weighted against the expert comments in the literature review and findings revealed that in most instances, theories and practices were sufficiently aligned, which are necessary to yield a high level of achievement among pupils.Of course, there were some areas where the author felt a need for improvement was necessary, for instance, mainstream teachers should engage Bilingual Teaching Assistants in more frequent dialogue. The questionnaire responses indicated that there do not appear to be much interaction between the two entities, other than for the mainstream teachers to inform the assistants about lesson planning.

Additionally, the questionnaire revealed that none of the Bilingual Teaching Assistants had received any formal training in languages or any form of pedagogy, prior to being assigned to their jobs.The government has committed itself to a policy of inclusion, which is geared to address the educational needs of the entire populace. This inclusionary policy and the implementation thereof, has meant that the previously acceptable practice and long-standing curriculum development standards have been realigned to accommodate the diversity which full inclusion encompasses.

The aspects of educational inclusion with which this study entails, has to do with addressing the innovations and its accompanying challenges which the educational system is compelled to adjusting and the demands which continual in-migration of (families from a number of non-English speaking) countries around the world, has brought upon the educational community to provide equal opportunity for educational attainment for all, while maintaining a high level of achievement. The challenge to the educational community and the system is not merely immigration, or solely the number of people, but also the special needs which are found within these numbers.
