Presently ULMS Bike Inc. is having 60 employees in England. The basic business of the ULMS Bike Inc. is to manufacture a variety of bikes, including racing bikes, mountain bikes, children bikes, etc. Presently the business has emerged to high extent and operational in more than 15 countries, although its largest market is within the UK. With the increase in business operational cycle the business management and handling became much harder. Tracking and record keeping of such a huge business has become harder. In such scenario management of the ULMS Bike Inc. has realized that traditional business practice is no more effective. In this scenario idea of new E-Business has emerged. At the present, new e-business revolution has completely changed the traditional business practice. Now each business organization is moving toward implementing the e-business platforms. The development and implementation of the effective online business technology system is the basic aim of any organization. In this scenario an E-business based organization is having a worldwide business market that is accessible to all markets all through the world (Ray, 2004; Turban et al., 2005). The current project is initiated for the ULMS Bikes Inc. that has decided to step-in to the new E-business world. The ULMS Bikes business management has decided to develop a new web based business that is aimed at improving business coverage and customer ship. This report is aimed to present a detailed analysis of the project regarding the development and implementation analysis of the new web based business system for the ULMS Bikes Inc. As a project manager of this project I will present the detailed and deep analysis of the this project charter. That contains the detailed overview of the different project activities. 1.2. Business Objectives and Success Criteria 1.2.1 Business Objectives Developing an e-Business structure is only the solution intended for an organization to compete in the modern business world. E-Business solutions as well require a rigorous approach to variety of layers of architecture that lead from the hardware to the application software. In case of any new E-business development for any organization, there are a lot of factors those need to be considered regarding effective handling and management of the new online business deployment (Hutchinson & Sawyer, 2000). The present business of the ULMS Bikes is operating through shops and supermarkets. ULMS Bikes business has been working through the traditional business practice that only offers restricted business practice to a specific business market. The new business idea is to enhance the business practice through the implementation of the web based practice. In this scenario the business has desired to implement a completely new business model that can able to potentially enhance the traditional business practice. In this way the new business will offer facility to have an online transaction that can be done through web based money transfer. In this way business is hoping to enhance the business sales growth approximately to 30%. Presently business is having a simple traditional business system. This present information system is offering simply business information regarding the business that is not enough to manage the overall business. In this scenario the new E-Business platform will effectively support the ULMS Bikes business ecommerce system. Here are the few success criteria of this E-Business project of ULMS Bike Inc.: We will declare the success of E-Business project of New E-business technology: Offers better data communication and enhanced business data sharing. Offers effective management of operations Offers better and secure operating environment for business sales. Offers rapid user response and centralized data centers. Offers effective order processing in new structures Offers facility to fast deliver of orders and supplies information those facilities in fast processing of orders requests and enhanced monitoring of all orders and supplies. ULMS Bikes business will be able to attain better market share and effective market positioning. This also offers rapid response to client orders and effective supply chain management. These all factors will combine to offer prominent market positions and increased customer and client confidence on business values. 2. Now people are having much easy, safe and less time consuming way of shopping and dealing (Chaffey, 2008; Neumann et al., 2005). ULMS Bikes business has new idea of launching E-Business platform that will be an online business website that will target the customer all through the world having interested in purchasing bikes of different types and shapes. The same idea is established by the management of the ULMS Bikes business. Here this new online business development project will offer the much easier way of interaction to customer of the ULMS Bikes business. In this way people will be easily able to have a direct access and way of interaction to for the sake of shopping and searching for desired products. This system will reduce the troublesome process of purchasing, loading or booking. In its place customer only need to order from the web based platform and products will be at the door-step of customer through some courier services. Here customer will pay through the credit card or some online funds transfer request. On the other hand the business of ULMS Bikes will enter to the new E-business market. In this scenario business will be able to have more wider and extensive access to customer all through the world. Now they become able to process huge number of products request through the web based business link. This potentially enhance their annual renew and market share of this business. 4. Project Scope The main purpose of this web based system development is to offer a much better system that automatically manages the online business sales for ULMS Bikes.
