CLEAN ROOM REDUCING LEVEL by Introduction In a manufacturing commercial company making profit is one of the necessities of the company. Company BFT wants to make profit as well as produce all the 5 drugs in 1000 clean rooms. The company was producing in 100 clean rooms but due to expenses the company had to reduce the clean rooms to 1000.A clean room is an isolated room used for drugs and other highly sensitive manufacturing. The room’s humidity, temperature and room pressure should meet specific environmental cleanliness. Clean rooms has been a fundamental part of pharmaceuticals in modern world. However ,this consider a particular portion of some peoples working hours .In a world, almost 3.7 thousand million US $ of nonwoven materials are being converted to wiper after collection annually. It has been astonishing challenge to the company for not taking due process in considering cleaning by wiping. The company should consider investing in fundamental activity like research in order to increase knowledge in this field of mechanical cleaning. Clean room wipers should be increased in every technical room to increase efficiency and establish highest technical level. Information record are accompanies in a technical process like an old paper its self.Gallilei’s revolution mechanic have been said to replace papers with computer. Thus the effort is needed to neutralize with chemical knowledge and deeper of physical materials. To avoid mistakes Hi-Tech-assessment, clean rooms are to be set in most part of the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, optics-industries, and computer. The applying materials differ considerably from distinct user and overall process for production compared with those of fibred-materials-based industries. Clean room should understand appropriate materials and product in the user tests to use in respect to application. Hence a meaningful clean room consumable wipers and paper steering to production of more drugs and oriented-practice method for simulating tests. For effective cost of production to be minimized, standard wiper should be used in the clean room for cleaning of floor, apparatus, and garments to reduce the defect particle therefore reducing the cost of production in avoiding repetition of the procedure. The law of thermodynamics states that, a system that is isolated will continually rising higher unless work is done to maintain order. It is necessary to work in the clean room even if the system is isolated. Cleanness should be maintain, in which it considerably reduce the liquid, pasty contaminants in the clean room from their existed origin to a place where can’t contaminate the products. Wipers have proved and show alternative possibility of cost-saving for clean room, through focusing of materials in super ordinate way. It looks the cost of whole block for cleaning. Wiping has create the framework of clean room maintenance that optimizes cleaning time in the company, this secures the extraction of wipers-damper their by cutting the cost of production in the company. The company should take initiative of reducing of more or two wipers through the usage of appropriate dispenser. This will help cut down the cost of purchasing a wiper hence reducing the cost o production in the manufacturing. The company should be time conscious and maximize the time they are using to fetch materials. Company should set up many dispensers near the company to avoid wastage of time in fetching of industrials product for manufacturing. This will save a lot of time as the company will be locating the needed materials easily for consumption in the company’s in the workplace (Hitchcock, 2009). The company should purchase pre-moistened wipers for them to cut a lot of time which is used moistening, this allow more time to the company to expand in production and manufacturing of their product. The cost of production will be minimized by the company if they improve dampness- homogeneousness through using damp clean room spray bottles or wipers with droplet diameter exceed aerosol limit. High dry-wipe should be put in place to increase cleaning efficiently, in which the company should train their staff in using of the operators. The room should have an aircon for cooling purposes only. By thorough preparation and willingness of the staff the company can go beyond limits in reducing cost efficiency. For company BFT to succeed, it has to look at the factor that can fluctuate and still save the company’s cost more especially in the clean rooms. These factors considered can be physical or environmental. Some factors have to be considered. These factors include; 1. Increasing the manpower Any type of manufacturing company, the key to high production is manpower. The workers should be increased hence increasing the yields. For a company to succeed it has to work 24hrs a day. That means that workers should work both day and night shift. For workers to work both day and night, the workers have to be given shifts. This will help the worker to be more sufficient and avoid minor accidents in work place cause of over exploitation (Hitchcock, 2009). 2. Reliable machines For company BFT to excel and revolve, from 100 clean rooms to 1000 clean room, it has to have highly powerful machine for production. This machine should run 24 hours a day without breaking or mechanical damages. The machine should also be serviced daily for efficiency in running. This will enable the company produce the expected number of drugs with ease hence increase the profit margin of the company. 3. Management The company should have well experience and able leaders. The leaders in a company run the company. This should start from the junior staff to the senior staff. The team leaders should also show the capabilities of their teams in production level. As history suggest great things star with great leaders. The same applies to production. The leaders should also coordinate since in a drug company poor coordination can lead to minor errors which later lead to major one (Hitchcock, 2009). 4. Availability of natural resources All the relevant resource for making drugs should be readily available in the company. For the company for move ahead it should not lack any resource for production. For cost efficiency the company should also look for resources that are cost efficient in the market and the distributers should also be ready for easy and swift distribution of the resources. The resources should also be there on time to keep the time. 5. Good infrastructure The company’s communication and transport system should be working accordingly. In case of any emergency the company should be ready to call for help at any time. This will highly prevent minor accidents from being major. Workers working the night shift are the most affected in the company. The company should also be ready to place an order easily and the worker to communicate to their superior in an easy way. Communication from the clean rooms should also be reliable and not contaminate the room (Hitchcock, 2009). In conclusion, with these factors a clean room can increase its yield and also succeed in increase production without major and minor losses. If company BFT put this factor into consideration the revolution will be swift without any error of losses incurring. Reference List HITCHCOCK, D. E., & WILLARD, M. L. (2009).
