Business Opportunities: Ideal Logs Cleaning Services Inspiration: I recall vividly when my mother hired people dealing in cleaning services to clean our house. After observing them, how they did their work, I was amazed with the level at, which people could go to make that extra dollar. Now that I am done with school, the idea of starting a cleaning service business is what I aim to pursue. Problem: Many people hardly have time to do their cleaning, be it their houses, clothes, animals, vehicles, weeding and collecting garbage. This is because of the commitment they have to their work; in addition, some families have little children who cannot let them concentrate on cleaning. The idea of hiring house helps is good, but trusting people with your property is becoming complicated. Root Cause: I first thought of this business idea when I finished school. This time, I had not done well in my college examination, but I did not want to feel a failure. In addition, the time it will take to clean a home, is very short for numerous dollars. Possible Solutions: My idea is to open a cleaning service business, which will open throughout the week. We will have advertisements in the neighborhood, not using expensive means, but we will utilize brochures, stickers and door-to-door advertisements. People who work during the day can book our services in the morning, whereas those who work in the morning can book our services in the afternoon. However, people who require complete cleaning services, ranging from weeding out, washing clothes, cleaning the house and many others can book our services in the weekends. Notes: Families can book our services as many days as they want, and this service is not limited to families alone, we also include offices, schools and students. Special Brushes Inspiration: My wife and I are blessed with two sweet boys. Owing to their prompt development, they are becoming curious and playing with anything, they lay hands. When I was with the kids for a day, I realized how hectic it was because of the constant trash they threw all over the house. Some of the trash stuck on the floor meaning that the normal brush could not remove. This made me see the wider case of other families and decided to make my problem a business idea. Problem: Many families have small kids who litter things on the floor, some of the things stick on the floor and becomes had to remove with the normal brush. My brush, which has a scrapper, built between the brush and the handle, will help in scrapping the stuck trash and later sweep it with ease. Root Cause: I first thought of this business idea when I stayed with my boys for a single day, the experience was hectic but I learnt a lot. Many nannies, mothers or fathers faced this problem every day. Possible Solutions: My product, a brush with a scrapper, coming from inside the handle, but rests on the thistles, will provide a solution for this problem. Some of the trash that could stick on the floor includes mad, leftovers, which babies often step, chewing gum, and glue. The scraper will first get rid of the trash, which the sweep will sweep with ease. Notes: This brush will help many families, not only those with kids, but also general families, including students. The brush can also serve offices, schools, and hospitals. Computer Repair Inspiration: Although every individual will seek employment after successfully completing school, I believe doing business is better. I would actually want to open a small business because business is the only way to achieving dreams today. Problem: Many people own personal computers in the globe today. However, computers, like other machines, cannot last forever, once in a lifetime, they will require repair. The repair always varies from software installation, repairing a broken switch or button, fixing an overheating machine, and notebook repairs. Root Cause: I first thought of this idea after I graduated. My neighborhood has many young people, and almost half of them own a personal computer. The illiteracy they depict when it comes to simple computer tasks, gives me motivation to pursue a business in that line. Possible Solutions: Many people own computers, although some of them are proficient in simple computer tasks, most of them cannot repair their machines, or diagnose some signs that their machines are headed towards malfunctioning. Therefore, my idea will work well to assist the people and make money all the same. Notes: My services are not limited to my neighborhood alone; people from other neighborhood can also bring their machines for check up, including offices and schools. Errand Service Inspiration: We are living in very hard economic times, and people are devising ways to make that extra coin. Therefore, one should not choose what to do because the world of choice is currently diminishing, gradually. Problem: Many people are busy, with either their work, or doing other important stuff to complement their lives. Therefore, many people may need services from errands, which of course are not free. People are in a dilemma on how to squeeze up their 24 hours of their day, without forgetting or closing away some activities. Root Cause: People may need someone to pick their children from school, take their car for service, grocery shopping, delivering mails, delivering gifts, taking pets for check up, and picking cloths from launders among many others. Possible Solutions: My idea is to start an errand service business, which will see to sorting of every individual’s case. The business will run every day, and it will employ able individuals, who are trustworthy, committed and experienced either in driving or in other services that may require skill. Notes: This service is not limited to any neighborhood; therefore, anyone who needs services, which they do not want to exclude from their routine, they should seek our assistance.
