Comprehensive Doctoral Review Examination Question Theory with the Concept Introduction Theories are the sole support to develop a better approachtowards the study. The different theories available acts as an evidence foe supporting research and enhancing the reliability of the research conducted. With the review of the theories, an intellectual approach could be developed for the specific study that would enhance the credibility of the research. Furthermore, to develop a better approach towards the use of the theories it helps in enhancing the different approaches towards the research and enhances the relevance of the same. The empirical evidences that are available enhance the acceptability of the results and further develop the credibility of the research. Additionally, the research conducted on the based on the different available evidences enhances the relevance of the research and further develops their acceptability. Similarly, the different theories that are available in the specific fields enhance the approach towards the present research question (Houser & Oman, 2011). In this regards the issue related with the inherent operations of the management that puts the governmental functioning at risk. The performances of the contractors are majorly involved with the performances of the government as the performances of the individual contractors affect the overall performances of the federal government. Several technical complexities affect the different operational motives of the government and hinder the ability of the government to perform effectively. Furthermore, the contractors performs the functions that are intimately related with public interest hence if the contractors fails to meet with the different needs of the public it is most likely to affect the overall government functions. With this regard, the paper elaborates on the functioning of the contractors that in turn puts the government operations at risk. Literature Review Part 1 Theories have been authentic evidences that support the research and enhance the relevance of the same. The different theories that are available in the specific fields provide a guideline for conducting the research and enhance the acceptability of the study. The word theory has a several number of meanings and is interpreted by the different theorist in several manners. Furthermore, the different theorists have elaborated on the different concepts that are appropriate for the different situations and different problems. The following sections project the different concepts that are most important for developing a generalisabilty of the research and develop the relevance of the same (Houser & Oman, 2011). According to Wacker (1998) theories that are available must be able to develop generalisabilty and fecundity. With the development of the generalisabilty, the relevance of the research could be duly achieved and the reliability of the research could be enhanced. This is even apparent that the theories that are used in a research must be able to develop the generalisabilty of the data and develop a particular relevance of the same (Wacker, 1998). The theories used changes depending on the nature of the research as well as the different objectives that the research fulfils. The objectives of the research have a huge influence on the different theories that are undertaken to develop the study (Hancock, Ockleford & Windridge, 2009; Gray, n.d.). Harlow (2009) comments to validate the study based on social sciences the use of quantitative theories is not sufficient to develop the objective of the research. Hence, there requires a proper identification of theories that would help in developing a proper approach towards the different researches (Harlow, 2009). Cronin, Ryan & Coughlan (2008) the understanding for social sciences is majorly based on the different evidences that are available from the review of the literatures. This is even noted that the psychological researches as well as the social perspective could be duly justified with the use of the different empirical evidences that are available in the form of theories (Cronin et al., 2008). Gelso (2006) states that the different social as well as human life researches are never testable and cannot be determined on quantitative terms hence empirical evidences are a requisite source for the development of a proper reliability off the research. Hence, the theories act as an evident source for generating the validity of the research (Gelso, 2006). According to the Haneef (2011), contrasting and comparing the different theories are involved with integrating different researches. The empirical evidences and consolidation tools helps in developing a better approach towards the generalisabilty of the research as well as attain the objectives of the same (Haneef, 2011). Similarly, for the present research issue the inherent performances of the government could only be ascertained with the use of different empirical evidences. This is because of the different factors that are related with performances of the government are based on the different qualitative terms that could only be ascertained with the use of empirical evidences. The different performance based analysis could be developed with the use of different theories that could enhance the quality of the research and enhance the credibility of the research (Manuel, Halchin & Lunder, 2011). Stam (2010) comments that the different operations of the individuals are majorly inclined towards the development of a proper research objectives. For instances the inherent actions that are undertaken by the government are highly related with the emotions of public. Thus the slightest deviation of the performances are even capable of affecting the performances of government in general (Tiefer, 2013; Stam, 2000). According to Tiefer (2013) the different contracts that are lend out for private security requirements needs to be monitored so that the activities could be duly monitored. The different high risk information must be monitored so that the different high risk activities could be mitigated governmental functions could be accordingly monitored (Tiefer, 2013). According to Vasquez (2010) the inclusion of the contractors at the different war fronts and combat zones may be problematic as these forces operate in a less formal way. Thus, the chances of negligence cannot be nullified in such areas. This may further affect the defences of the government and put the government vulnerable to various risks (Vasquez, 2010). John (2013) further affirms that the lack of accountability among the different contractors can lead to severe amounts of casualties and even lead to loss of important data. This lack of proper accountability as that required in the high risk areas leads to severe legal challenges for the government. For instances the combats led at the different war times could lead to severe situations and even increase the number of casualties (John, 2013). This evaluations of the different concepts that are related with the use of the use of contractors could efficiently be developed with the use of compare and contrast techniques. The different standards that are available from the theories present in the relevant fields would act as an effective base to formulate the guidelines that should be followed by the contractors. The theories would even act as evidence that would develop the effective understanding of the research. This would even help to attain the objectives of the research in an efficient way. The different theories that are available in the specific field would enhance the quality of the research and act as a specific base for comparing the same. Read More
