Internet Recruitment al Affiliation Internet Recruitment Technological advancement and usage in has been on the rise. The internet usage has improved any majority of the companies are using it as a tool of operation. The usage has extended to the recruitment process. Corporate companies have improvised means in which the executive jobs are recruited through the internet. The wide usage of internet has made it possible for organization adapts the method. The traditional methods of recruitment have been rendered expensive and the inclusion of third parties in the process complicates the whole process.

Bersin (2013) indicates that US corporations spends over 72 Billion in the process. Human resource management is all about producing the appropriate means of replacing or adding to existing staffs. The internet has proven to be effective in recruiting professional in different location. The internet has the deigned tools to advertise and shortlist candidates for the selection process. Individuals are able to attach required documents without physically appearing at a design panel. This will reduce the cost used in recruiting given individuals as the outsourced recruitment parties would at minimal using this approach.

The third party involvement in most cases may compromise the quality needed in the recruitment process. In conclusion, the internet is accessible by a large number of people at the same time hence becoming an appropriate tool while advertising. The parties interested are able to confirm their credentials and at the same time receive feedback within the shortest of period. Using the tool the company is able to save on cost of recruitment and at the same time receive a large number of applicants at the same time.
