The paper “How Different Departments within ADNOC Perform Their Activities” is a thoughtful example of the research proposal on management. The business world has always been the most dynamic in terms of the events and activities that take place each day, each hour, each minute, each second, and every single millisecond. It is such changes that some investors take advantage while some others are taken advantage of by the changes. The emergence of new companies in the automobile industry has increased the competition between companies in the same industry. The companies ensure that their products are more appealing to the consumers since they develop products that go beyond customer satisfaction by enhancing value creation for the customer. The customers of these companies have thus developed confidence in the products, the brand names, and the companies that develop these products. It has enhanced customer loyalty by locking in these customers to the products that become difficult to convince them that any other brand can satisfy their needs. The organizational analysis will be conducted according to the activities of the organization to ensure that they work towards achieving the goals and objectives of the organization. The analysis will consider the welfare of each of the stakeholders in the organization and how each department works towards ensuring that the welfare of all the stakeholders is considered when they perform their duties.

Management-related organizational analysis
How does the organization achieve customer satisfaction and how does it measure customer satisfaction.
The customer is mostly concerned with the quality and pricing of the products and services that are provided to them by the organization. ADNOC needs to understand its consumers, thus they need to continuously interact with them to gather information about the quality of products and services they provide. The first step towards enhancing customer satisfaction is through understanding the customer decision-making process. Secondly, the organization needs to encourage improvements to be continuously made in both the products and services that they provide to their customers.
